About: I grew up with dogs and had a special bond with my family’s dog in college. She loved when I would take her on an “interval run.” I recently successfully fed my friend’s five dogs. Please, I would love to meet your dog(s) with you there to get to know them first. I am officially insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates in case of an inopportune incident taking place while my clients’ pets and homes are in my care. Insurance certificate available upon request if we move forward with a meet-and-greet. I work full-time 8 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. I don’t mind getting up early to check on your fur baby. I work in the 30904 zip code, so I could potentially check on them during my hourlong lunch break if you live close enough. I work to ensure that a pet who is not allowed outside a certain door stays inside. When I fed my friend’s five dogs a couple of months ago, I was told one was an escape artist, but I successfully left out of the front door without her getting out. About: I have taken care of my fair share of animals over the past decade: cats, dogs, birds, fish, reptiles, you name it! I myself have 3 cats and understand their body language, needs, and quirks. I also have an iron stomach and nothing pet-wise can phase me. I also have a firm belief in keeping pet owners up to date with photos and texts after every visit. I work a very consistent 9:30-6:30 job with a guaranteed 1 hour break every day. This means I can make consistent visits between 8-9am, 12-1p, and 6:30-10pm each day. Weekends are *usually* free for at least 2 checks a day. My schedule rarely changes and that lets me plan for consistency! With 3 cats, I have long-since memorized what plants and foods are toxic as well as feline CPR and how to recognize signs of distress and pain in cats. I myself aim for daily litter cleanings, consistent feedings, and plenty of active play and love for my cats and any others I'm entrusted with. I have nursed several kittens back to health and have fostered as well. As far as dogs grow- they're the animals I grew up with 4 chihuhuas, a Border Collie, and a variety of loveable mutts through my childhood. I also got my start as a pet sitter walking dogs and doing overnight stays at homes to keep anxious pups company.
