About: I am a nature girl and reiki student who works mainly with animals and plants. I am also a volunteer at my local animal care shelter. Mondays & Tuesdays I am available between 9:30AM - 2:30PM. Wednesdays through Fridays, I am also available in the morning and evening. Ask about weekends - I might have availability! It is my goal to lead with care, respect and play. I am a sensitive soul and I do my best to approach each pet gently and with consideration for who they are and what they need.

About: I’ve had animals all my life. From dogs to cats to exotics. My pathway in school was for animal science which I have my certification from that class. I also have worked at a vet before so I would say I definitely have some experience! Right now I mostly work from home so I’m pretty flexible. Whether that be for boarding or potty breaks I can pretty much make anything work. I have a section of my yard fenced off so they can just go out and potty but also love to take them for walks in my neighborhood! If they get along with other dogs great! If not I can manage to keep everyone separate if boarding is preferred at my house.

About: Hello, my name is Jenny! I have my bachelor's degree in Pre-Veterinary Science and worked as a Vet-Tech for over 4 years. I have experience with senior dogs and can give oral or subcutaneous medications such as diabetes injections or seizure medication. I am able to do nail trims, paw pad fur clipping, ear cleaning, brushing, or simple baths. Also, I have ample experience with stubborn dog breeds such as huskies! I’m currently working from home and can be with your pups as much as they need me to be! I usually will let them out 5-6 times a day to run in the yard. If they need anything else or prefer walks, I can offer them as well! I have a half acre fenced in backyard for your furry friend to run free (perfect for pets that do not have a fenced yard at home). I am set back far from any main roads and live on a farm surrounded by open land. I currently have three huskies that are all dog friendly but if your pup doesn’t really like to play or is older I have two half doors installed in my home to keep my pets separated from your pets if preferred. I also have two entrances to the fenced in yard so they do not have to interact. Dog crates readily available if necessary. My dogs are all up-to-date on vaccines and take monthly heartworm & flea/tick preventatives.
“Jen is absolutely the BEST petsitter you will ever experience. My cat is very high maintenance with her attitude and her massive hair (forest cat). Upon my arrival home kitty was calm, very content , and had an extensive grooming! My home was exceptionally clean with the removal of litter and cat food cans. Jen met me before the sitting dates and she was extremely knowledgeable . She has tons of common sense--- You will not need to give her pages of instruction. She GETS IT ! In addition, my plants were watered during this 94 degree weather , mail was placed neatly inside, and trash cans were taken to the curb . Photos are sent to you at each visit. About: Active Dog Loving Grandparents We enjoyed the pleasure of having pets our entire lives, they have brought us a sense of peace and joy and best of all unconditional love. Our best friends have been Boston Terrier’s, German Sheppard’s, American Bulldogs and Boxers. They are all unique in their personalities but all love to be loved, just like us. We are retired so one of us are at home all the time. We live on a great fence property with an awesome nieghborhood that we love to take walks around multiple times a day (weather permitting.) The dogs usually have a grand time taking a run around the property and playing. Should it be too warm of course they enjoy the air conditioning ? Now that our children are grown and married with children/dogs we occasionally keep their Boxer brother (Duke) and sister (Honey) and our grandchildren too. You can feel safe leaving your pets in our care. We will look after them and love them like our own! In fact, they may not want to leave as our grand-dogs do? About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my teen to adult years. I volunteered at a rescue taking care of mostly the cats. I’ve previously helped rescue kittens and dogs. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
