About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. I owned two Miniature Pinschers growing up and I adopted one Australian Shepherd mix that has special needs as an adult. I trained all of my dogs from the time they were puppies until they passed away as seniors. I also volunteered at the Humane Society of Westchester. I've always enjoyed being around animals since I was young and animals tend to feel the same way about me. Animals who are usually timid around strangers are comfortable around me right away and they seem to trust me right away. I feel like connecting with animals (dogs specifically) is a gift that I have. Being a sitter is a great way for me to use that gift in everyday life. I'm able to adapt to the normal routine of the pets that I'm sitting in order to make the process as smooth as possible. I don't have a lot of room in my studio apartment so I'm only able to watch either 1-2 small dogs or one medium sized dog. Large dogs are too big for my apartment. If I'm at a client's home, I'll change my schedule to meet the needs of the pet. I believe all animals are unique and all have different needs in order to thrive in the environment that they're in. I'm willing to meet those needs by building my schedule around the animals that I'm sitting.

About: Animals are a central part of my life and always have been. I’ve cared for everything from dogs and cats and more, and I truly treat every animal like my own. I understand how stressful it can feel to leave your dog with someone else, so I focus on providing attentive, loving care you can fully trust. P.S. I have a soft spot for snuggly pups and love long walks. I am currently an online college student with a very light course-load! So I have lots of flexibly and time to care for your pup! I have a fully fenced( with the exception of the driveway entrance- which can be fenced off while your pup plays outside) two acre property with 8ft deer fencing. I have two 60ish pound dogs who are very friendly and low key. Our dogs free roam the house yours can as well or can be in a crate if your prefer. We are pretty active and love to go on long sniffari walks!
