About: Throughout high school and now college I have sat for dogs and cats. I have taken care of many dogs, playing with them, feeding, walks and even cleaning up behind them. With cats I have played, fed, and cleaned out litter boxes. Although I have not done it officially besides friends and family, I want to help you take care of your animals just as if they were my own with love and happiness. I also have a family dog that I have taught to do tricks and helped potty train. I currently work part-time at a grocery store. Most times I work 8am to 2pm so I can take care of your animals before I go to work and after. Even if the there needs to be a drop in, I could take care during working hours as well. Every animal will be treated with love and care. I will stick to a routine that the owner may have and if crating is needed I could do so safely for both me and your pet.

About: Ive owned dogs and cats since I was seven years old and grew up around animals my entire life. I currently have two large dogs and one medium dog that I trained and take care of. I have house sat for three families, with two medium to large dogs and a family with a medium dog and a puppy, each for a week at a time. I am comfortable with all animals including reptiles and can confidently handle large dogs. More than the physical aspects of caring for animals, I love to love on them with lots of pets and affection. Many animals are drawn to me despite being hesistant or fearful of people. I have a passion for training and correcting dogs with a calm and patient demeanor. While in your home, I am trustworthy and honest. I always treat all animals as my own and show lots of care and affection! I will let the animals out, feed them, water them, exercise and play with them. And of course give them lots of pets! If your pet makes a mess or has an accident, I will always clean it up and let you know.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and am super comfortable around them. I currently work for an animal sanctuary with older dogs and soon to have a couple horses and one goat there. I worked as an animal welfare officer previously therefore, I have a lot of knowledge on animals and their breeds. I also had chickens and Guinea pigs. I used to have bearded dragons too! Many many years of experience handling animals :) I currently work full time for a First State Animal Center and SPCA at their brand new sanctuary for rehabilitating dogs, senior dogs to enjoy the end of their life, and will have horses and a goat there soon. I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays all day. The rest of the week, I work 8am-6pm therefore, I can do evenings if needed after 6pm. I am more than willing to go to anyone’s house to pet/house sit or even just go to let them out or play/ feed them. I am willing to stay overnight for owner weekend trips if needed. Just need to let me know so I can arrange childcare for my son and also I have my full time job on Fridays and Sunday 8-6 but can be there after work if staying overnight! Also willing to pet sit any kind of pet!

About: I have experience with dogs, cats, and small animals (gerbils, tortoises, snakes and rats). I also have my own cat, Baba. I have experience with special needs animals, should your fur baby require any special care. My work schedule is stable and I know my schedule a month or two in advance. It may sound unusual, but quietly reading aloud has helped many anxious dogs relax before bed. I've even seen it help dogs experiencing storm anxiety or fear of loud noises settle more comfortably. Routine is incredibly important to me. If your pet has a specific schedule, feeding routine, medication plan, or bedtime ritual, I'll do everything possible to maintain it while they're in my care. Because of my experience working with behavioral and medical cases, I also pay close attention to subtle changes in your pet's behavior, mobility, appetite, and overall well-being. If I notice anything concerning, I'll communicate with you immediately and act quickly in your pet's best interest. Communication & Grooming I believe communication is one of the most important parts of pet care. The more I know about your pet's personality, routines, preferences, and medical history, the better experience I can provide. In return, you'll receive detailed updates about how they're doing, including behavior, activities, and anything I notice that may be helpful for you to know. During boarding or daycare stays, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and offer guidance on grooming maintenance, body language, and behavioral changes that may strengthen your bond with your pet at home. Professional grooming services are available for pets staying in my care. Grooming recommendations, pricing, and service completion depend on your pet's size, coat condition, medical needs, and stress level. My philosophy is simple: I will never force a pet through a service. Their comfort, trust, and emotional well-being always come first. Booking Information To help protect my home while still providing every pet with the highest level of care, the estimated price for boarding and daycare includes a refundable cleaning/security fee. This fee is fully refunded after your pet's stay provided there is no excessive damage or extraordinary cleaning required beyond normal pet messes. I believe this allows me to continue offering a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every guest while being fair to both pet parents and my home. My goal is simple: every pet should leave my care feeling safe, loved, understood, and excited to come back. I am generally home all day. I do work as a groomer for pets that are unable to got to salons, but I do this from home as well. So your pets will have round the clock love and care. You will need to provide any food and specific treats if your pet has a favorite or dietary restrictions/allergies. Pets are family. I will personally take them for walks throughout the day for fresh air and exercise, play with them and ensure they feel comfortable and lived while you are away. I do offer creating services, however, depending on the size of your dog, you may have to supply the crate. You pet will always be treated like family, but the details of their routine and activities will depend on your instructions. I respect that different lifestyles require different things (i.e crating vs free roam, scheduled feeding vs grazing, scheduled walks/potty breaks vs whenever they want to go out, etc.) and will maintain that sense of normalcy as much as possible. If you opt for grooming, and I am able to comfortably groom your dog, grooming will take place 1-2 days before your return. That way they have time to decompress after, and if they are stressed for parts, it gives leeway to do little bits over time.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a baby. When I got to middle school my friend asked to watch her dogs while her family was out of town and I agreed. While Covid was still around I would do virtual school and take care of our dogs while my parents worked. I am hoping to do this part time while I am home from college (Between Middle of May and Early August). I am available any time during the day. I can feed the dogs or medicine if needed, fill the water bowls, take them outside (a fenced yard is preferred please or trained), I am willing to walk dogs to get any energy out.

About: I've had my own dogs and a cat my whole life. Additionally I got my first horse at 12 and have been around large and unique animals forever (even pet deer and alpacas!) From my baby Miniature Pinscher to my Great Dane I am capable of providing individualized care. I am currently a student athlete at DSU. I ride on the equestrian team so after my one in person class I am typically in and out of the barn with lots of time to spare as everything else I do for school is online. Pet care fits into my routine as a priority. I recently moved to Dover for school, and miss my dog terribly. Prioritizing your dogs in my schedule is not just a job for me, but a source of happiness! We have a large backyard for fetch and a safe neighborhood for walks and adventures! One block over we have a small park area as well. We have no other animals in the house, just four college girls who are all missing our companions from home. In the house your dog can roam freely about and sleep in my room/bed with me, whatever they are comfortable with.

About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my teen to adult years. I volunteered at a rescue taking care of mostly the cats. I’ve previously helped rescue kittens and dogs.
