About: I have worked as a recurring dog sitter for several families over the past five years, each with a different breed of dog (Weimaraner, Schnauzer, Dachshund). This has equipped me with the specific tools and knowledge to provide exceptional care grounded in experience. Additionally, working with a wide range of breeds has afforded me the opportunity to familiarize myself with the varying behaviors and needs of different dogs. I deferred law school for one year to work on my creative writing. As a result, my schedule is very flexible and conducive to working around your family's unique pet care needs. I take pet health and safety vary seriously, practicing the same standards I use personally to keep my own pets safe. For me, this means maintaining a clean and tidy environment free from any potential hazards (e.g., not leaving chocolate at a level a dog could reasonably reach; making sure gates and doors are closed). In addition to maintaining a safe environment, I try to be emotionally tuned in to the animal I am watching. For instance, when the Weimaraner I watch gets anxious due to people walking past the house, I talk to her in a soft voice and pet her until she calms down. If I zip to the store, I will close the blinds so she is not in a position to be triggered by this stimulus.

About: I have been working as a veterinary assistant for 3 1/2 years. I am experienced in giving oral and injectable medications. I love dogs and cats of any size! About: Throughout my whole life there have been multiple dogs in my family. I have had my own dog before, and trained her from eight weeks old. Also, I have dog/house sat for dogs of friends and family over the years! I work in the schools so I am looking to pick up a side hustle while on summer break! About: All throughout my childhood, we had pets. Whether it be cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, or turkeys. I was the one taking care of the livestock and my dog, which I had a specific routine for. I'd get up early to wash out the ducks pool, and their water dishes, feed and then water them! I would put my dog on a leash outside while I did that, and made sure I could see him on the leash. I now have a rabbit, which has a bit of a different routine than the chickens did. I started housesitting in middle school and did it all the way up until 2021, after I graduated. I only recently moved, and I'm trying to get into petsitting again! I'm working fulltime right now, and my hours are currently 7-4. I work weekdays, and will be available fully on weekends, although I'm able to walk dogs before and after work, and even housesit throughout the week! While pet sitting/housesitting, I always have routines and make sure that they happen! I had routines with my chickens, and thoroughly followed that. I worked at a daycare that had a rabbit, and I would take him home on the weekends, and I had a specific routine for him as well. I will communicate it thoroughly and send photos whenever depending if you'd prefer that or not!

About: I’ve been around animals since I was 8. I’ve fostered animals, and helped walk, feed, bathe, supply medicine (supplements and pills) to them for friends, family, etc for a little over 8 years now. I’m very experienced with younger dogs and can provide extensive walks / playtime for entertainment and engagement. I also love working with senior dogs as well, and can help provide a calm, stress free environment for them while their owner is away. I’m currently working part-time from home and have a very flexible schedule! I can do drop in visits, overnight stays, and even long weekends / weeks for vacations and getaways! Early mornings and late nights are no problem for me as well. I don’t mind cleaning up messes or puddles, and I can travel very flexibly if needed! I am OK helping with crate training, and providing a positive environment for any pup to grow in while their family is away! I have a fur baby of my own who is almost 4 years old, and absolutely adores other dogs! He is neutered, house trained, and very relaxed. He has been a very good role model for our youngest puppy in the house.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life. At about 5 years old, my father adopted my grandfather's two Beagles and they quickly became my best friends. Today, I have 2 dogs at home, one that's 17 and one that's 7. And still they're my best friends. For as much as I love dogs, it really does feel like they love me back. Whenever I go over anyone's house I hear " Wow he never behaves this well around people normally." Each dog is so unique and the most fun thing for me is learning what makes them wag their little tails! I work from home from my apartment and only have one roommate so I'm incredibly flexible when it comes to scheduling. I'm sure that I could make just about anything work given a small notice. I have a two room apartment and a kitchen. Playing and feeding is easy for me in the apartment, but I also have a park right near me, about a 5 minute walk away.

About: Each pet has their own personality and style and I adapt to exactly what your pets need and want. If they want cuddles, they get cuddles. If they want space, they get space. It's all about the precious pets needs for me. I provide 5 star service and have a flexible schedule to meet your and your four legged friends needs! About: I worked in an exotic vet hospital for 7 years which is also a wildlife rehab facility. Prior to that I have raised and cared for animals of all species of my own my whole life. Whether fury, feather, scales, or more I love just about every living being & critter. I will care for your pets like they were my own. *Making a note that poisonous/venomous or illegal animals are not acceptable or allowed. I have experience with reptiles like geckos, bearded dragons like my own, iguanas, turtles, birds of all shapes, color, and sizes, some farm animals, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, and things of the like. Animals that are venomous or harmful are excluded.* I care for and hang out with my fur babies, but there's plenty of room and time for more friendly faces. I work hard so my pets can have a good life. I frequently walk my dogs and can take yours around the neighborhood as well, lots of dog toys, pats and belly rubs, and can crate your pup if needed.
