“Hannah is great! The pups love her. She even cleans up and puts her sheets in the laundry. We will definitely have her back! Thanks Hannah for taking such good care of our fur babies!”

“Anna was a phenomenal sitter and took excellent care of my four senior dogs. She was kind and attentive, sending periodic updates while I was away. I will be using her services again in the future, and I highly recommend her to others for house/dog sitting.”

“Mia took such good care of our pets, that when we came home we could tell! They weren’t overly needy, a good sign of excessive cuddling with Mia! She also left our place more clean than how we left it. We are so impressed with her.”

“Nick did an excellent job as always! We can tell our dog was happy to have him watch, and we know Nick went beyond our asks to keep our dog happy and entertained while we were away. We will absolutely book again!”

“Alison was a very attentive and communicative sitter when watching my dog George. He was sick at the time and she very appropriately reached out as needed with questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again!”

About: Hello! My name is Griffin and I'm 20 years old. I have owned dogs my entire life and I have two living with me along side a cat! I currently work at The Family Fido just outside of Stewartville. During my time there, I have worked with many different breeds and sizes of dogs while supervising group play! Not all of the dogs that stay with us are dog friendly so I have worked with solo dogs too! The Family Fido is a boarding/daycare/rescue facility so as part of my job I take care of feeding and medications. Since I started, we have had 5 litters of puppies that I have helped to raise before they have been adopted out to families. I have learned a lot of training skills and I will be attending dog conferences in the future to build my experience even more! Working at a boarding and rescue facility I work with dogs daily and for hours at a time. I own two dogs as well that I work with around the house daily! I am able to do walks, feeding, bathing, nail trims, play, and continue any training that your dog may currently be working on! I am also open to working with anxious or less confident dogs as well as handling more than one dog at a time!

“Lauren took such great care of my dog Katie when I was out of town for almost a week! She provided at least daily communication through updates and pictures. It was my first time leaving Katie with someone outside of my family and for that long and Lauren eased any worries I had. I would definitely trust Lauren to watch Katie again!”

“Mya did an overnight with our dog while I was out of town and it brought great peace of mind to know she was being cared for. Mya sent regular updates with pictures. Highly recommend and look forward to setting up future visits!”

“5/5 Stars! We are so happy to have found Grace to watch our 2 dogs for the week. It was our first mini vacation since moving to Rochester and we were quite anxious to leave our dogs at home, especially for 5 days. We opted for the overnight "house sitting." Grace eased our worries by offering a meet and greet a week prior to our departure. Upon meeting Grace, I was very impressed by how professional and kind she was. In addition, her attending a veterinary tech program and prior experience with doggie day care was comforting. Grace responded promptly and sent photo updates :) during our time away. We were happy to see our dogs were receiving love, attention and even a few walks! She even brought in our packages that I had forgot were being delivered. On the final day of our trip, Grace kindly followed up with us. We arrived home to find the dogs were happy and everything was in its place. My fur-children would love to have Grace again for future sitting needs and I would be happy to refer her for anyone seeking a pet/house sitter.”

“Kelle was wonderful with Dany and Sadie — caring, reliable, and attentive. She gave us regular updates, which gave us real peace of mind. We truly appreciated her and would happily work with her again!”

About: My entire childhood my aunt who lived with us, bred toy poodles. So, caring for puppies to dogs is my specialty. From feeding to walks, snuggles and play, I do it all with love and care. Since having children, we have discussed fostering dogs and we found this would be the best way to love on some dogs and make an income as a stay-at-home mom of two. I am a stay-at-home mom, so we are available mostly all the time other than drop off and Pickup from school, and can move commitments around fairly easily. I have a fenced in yard, and two young children to run around and play with your fur baby, walk with them and help feed them. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of running space along walking paths.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of different dogs for many years. From friends & family requesting that I watch their dogs, to professional jobs in the pet community. In college I worked at both a vet clinic that offered boarding to dogs and cats as well as at a boarding kennel. Through these experiences, I have learned tricks to administering both oral and injectable medication. I have also had my own dog to show me the ropes. I’m currently working part time with a very flexible schedule that allows me to adjust it when needed! I am hoping for many hot girl walks with pups during the spring & summer! I have a yard, which although not fenced in, does allow for tie outs and room for running on long leads. There is another dog in my home, a fixed male, who doesn’t mind dogs that give him his space. There would not be a time when the dogs are together that is not supervised. There are three cats in the home as well.

About: I’ve been around animals almost my whole life and caring for them truly comes naturally to me. I currently have three cats of my own, but I also grew up with dogs starting at the age of 5 and have experience caring for pets of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I regularly help take care of friends’ and families cats and dogs as well, so I’m very comfortable working with animals outside of my own home! I’ve cared for senior dogs who need a slower pace and extra patience, as well as dogs with injuries who require close attention and gentle care. Whether your pet is playful and energetic or shy and laid back, I’ll always make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for like they’re my own. I currently work full time between the hours of 8:30-4 with two days off during the week. I manage my own schedule so I am very flexible and can be wherever, whenever I am needed! I’m an early bird so I’m ready for any needs no matter the time of day: mornings, afternoons or evenings! I am also available and easily flexible on weeks, holidays or long vacations! In my own home, I have set routines for my fur babies. They get fed at the same time every morning and every, water is refreshed every day, and their litter box gets cleaned two times a day. This is the same when I help to take care of friends and families animals; they deserve as much care as my own do! I follow every instruction and maybe even take it a step further because I know that if those were my babies being taken care of, I would want the best care possible for them. I’m very good at sticking to set routines as my priority is always pets come first! I believe this is how every fur baby should be treated and make sure they are comfortable and set in their own homes.
Marion pet parents share their Rover experiences
Anna did a great job taking care of our two dogs and cat while we were out of the country. We have a Saint Bernard and a Golden Retriever puppy, so things can be a bit hectic, but she handled it really well. She sent regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. Our pets were happy and well looked after. She's reliable, professional, and easy to work with! Highly recommend!!!
