“Repeat clients, here. Kylie, her husband, and their adorable ambassador, Mooshy the Corgi, and the kitties are all awesome people and furkids! As I mentioned before, I used to always be worried about leaving my service dog and my senior pup with anyone until I found Kylie! This family is rock solid, in my opinion.”

“Taylor took great care of our 7 year old Aussie. He got comfort and exercise. Taylor is a true dog lover. Unfortunately she is an hour away from us BUT worth it and close to the Indiana lake that we visit.”

“Ashley exceeded my expectations! She was so great with my Golden Retriever. She took care of my dog for 10 days. Ashley was communicating with me constantly, she sent me videos, pictures and messages daily letting me know how my dog was doing. I felt very safe leaving my 3 month old dog with her. When I picked my dog up, she did not want to leave??”

“This was our first time using this boarding facility. We were very happy with the setup overall. It was very clean and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. They were prompt to respond to our initial request and also sent us some pictures of our dog enjoying his stay. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“These two were awesome! Cocoa came home to me happy and tired. I was updated with pictures and videos. Very good communication and they were thorough in getting to know Cocoa's needs. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Monica and her family do so well with Chubbs. They take him for walks and make sure he is comforted when there are storms. They do well to send updates on his wellbeing.”

“Danielle was very friendly; I was able to do a meet and greet with her entire family. The dogs were well taken cared for and loved. Danielle is well organized and allows the dogs to have free roam of her house and yard.”

“You can count on Steve. He really is a great human being who truly will take CARE of your four-legger. Titan loves you, Steve, and thanks you for a safe and fun second home while mommy was away from Indiana working hard to pay for the kibbles. God bless and thank you!”

“Karen was absolutely wonderful with our little dog Logan. Daily updates, responsive, and the sweetest lady. Do not hesitate to book her to watch your pet. I don’t even think our dog noticed we were gone for a week.”

“Alexis was just wonderful! Great communication and updates, thoughtful little touches that shows how much she loves caring for fur babies. She did exceptionally great with our over-eager Pit mix!”

“Abigail was loving and attentive to my Hercules. She sent pictures and updates at least once each day. She is very easy to talk to and made sure Hercules ate on time and received plenty of exercise. I appreciate Abigail's flexibility and responsiveness. I will definitely be hiring her again and I know Hercules is looking forward to his next stay!”

“Douglas and Katherine were absolutely amazing! This was the first time I’ve been away from my little guy and they treated him like one of their babies! They sent pictures everyday and my little guy was so happy and comfortable! It made going on our trip so much easier! Thank you!!”

About: I’ve always been around animals! Having cared from a wide variety of animals from a young age I’ve picked up on tons of tips and tricks for training and enrichment! I’m confident in my training abilities, and especially care with disabled/ elderly dogs. Puppies are no challenge either! Any animals are welcome big or small! 🐾 I’m currently working full time, however I get off pretty early in the day and have a ton of wiggle room in my schedule! Weekends are fair game completely! I am incredibly accommodating, so when it comes to pet care in other homes, I 100% prioritize maintaining the current schedules/ routine the animal is used to. I’ll follow specific instructions for playtime, feeding, administering medications, and additional needs. I ensure a clean and happy environment, so cleaning up messes is nothing I’m not used to! On walks I prioritize safety, so the dog will never be off leash and I remain very spatially aware of potential hazards. Walks are where I like to do the most training, so I will also provide a ton of positive reinforcement and patience!
About: I’ve taken care of animals my entire life! Born and raised on a farm. I’ve always had dogs and cats to love and many other small animals! I plan to own my own kennel in the future. We have 4 animal loving kids as well! I work part time at a salon so my schedule is pretty flexible as long as there is advanced planning and I’ll do my best to keep your pets current schedule. I have a huge fenced in yard where our dogs can play during the day. We have a mudroom attached to the house where crates are kept. And well-behaved dogs are welcome to come inside!
About: Hey there, my name is Jillian and I am 19 years old, responsible, active, and caring! I have had animals since I can remember. With that being said, I have took care of animals from when they were puppies/kittens- to when they were old and gray. I understand that leaving your fur baby with someone else when your away can be very stressful, but rest assured that I will be there to provide excellent and quality care for your animal. Being able to take care of animals is truly a blessing and I take pride in that! I currently work at an elementary school during the day (Monday-Friday until approx. 4 PM) and I am searching for opportunities to be able to help within our community when I am available to do so! Being able to do this and being a helping hand for people in need is something I look forward to doing! Taking proper care of animals is what is in my best interest. Crate training, walking them, feeding them, etc. I can do it all, and I can do it properly!
“Katia was so awesome and took care of my husky Ethel for 5 days while I was out of town. She came home so happy and exhausted. 10/10 She accommodate us last minute which was super sweet of her.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was about 10 years old, babysitting family and friends dogs along with taking care of my own dogs. I’ve been around them for as long as I can remember! I currently work three 12 hour shifts a week at the hospital, but I am looking to fill my days off with some doggy care! I will care for your dog at your home in the best way that I possibly can! I have a small dog of my own, I treat him as if he’s my child and I will do the same for any and every dog I take care of:)
About: I have 12+ yrs of dog handling experience. Ranging from shelter dog foster and rehabilitation. To becoming a certified professional trainer and owning a successful cage free boarding facility in southern IN. Visit Sycamore Dog Estate on Instagram or Facebook for previous experience. We have since moved and hope to have a similar facility once again when schedules allow. As the owner of a small hobby farm with acreage I have time to dedicate to my own animals and those in my care. I sim to be as flexible as possible. The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in IN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
