About: What sets me apart is the care and intention behind everything I do 🤍🐾 I’m the owner of Mindsett Paws, built around creating a calm, safe, and loving environment for every pet. I don’t just “watch” pets, I care for them like they’re my own. I currently work at a dog (and cat!) daycare, where I care for a variety of breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I also make sure to give plenty of attention, updates, and reassurance while you’re away. In my home, I provide a clean, safe, and cozy space where pets can relax and feel at home. I focus on structure, supervision, and creating a low-stress environment, while still giving them plenty of love, play, and one-on-one attention. About: I have always had dogs in my life, and I currently have 3 of my own. I worked in veterinary emergency and critical care for 2 years and spent several months at a fear-free general practice before needing to take a step back from vetmed. I have 6 years of personal experience with dog training and behavior, and spent some time volunteering for a rescue on the administrative end. I am very knowledgeable on dog behavior/body language and I am comfortable working with a wide range of temperaments, ages, and breeds. Puppies, medical/behavioral needs pups, and seniors are my specialty! I am also RECOVER CPR certified. My schedule is wide open most days, and we are a very active family! We frequently go for hikes and spend time with our dogs in nature. My whole world revolves around animals and I love being able to experience the great outdoors with dogs. I use reward-based/force-free handling techniques with any dog I interact with. I try my hardest to set dogs up for success in my interactions with them - I am not afraid to spend as much time as needed to gain the trust of a fearful dog before attempting to interact directly. I am a strong believer in using body language, reward, and moving at the dog's pace to ensure dogs make good choices and have a positive experience every time they interact with me. I treat all pets I interact with as if they are my own!

I have many years of experience with all aspects of training puppies, including some doggie sign language for commands. I have connections and great resources to parks/areas to play outside and walk. About: I've taken care of animals since I was 10. I care for all animals even the fur babies that have anxiety away from home. They will be loved and you will have tons of photos I can pet sit during the early mornings or late at nights. Staying at the animals comfort home so they won't have too much anxiety while you're away. I can care for any animals at the comfort of your animals home. Animals prefer their home more than someone else's. Lesser anxiety for them.

I was the go-to person in my neighborhood for pet-sitting and dog-walking. I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies! I'm currently only working through Rover, so my schedule is very flexible right now! I'm available for drop-ins, all-day stays and overnights, as well as for long-term pet-sitting in your home. I love making every animal feel cared for - from playing with them, going on long walks outside, providing pets and cuddles, giving them occasional treats, etc. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I also love to send little text and video updates, so you can check in on them while you're away. I've even done FaceTimes with pets and their owners!
