I make sure they are fed on time and have access to fresh water throughout the day. I take dogs for regular walks to keep them active and happy, and for cats or other pets, I ensure litter boxes are kept clean and fresh. I love interacting with animals—whether it’s playing, cuddling, or just keeping them company. I want them to be comfortable and feel cared for! About: Hello! My name is Amber. I’m currently available to pet sit in Lima and surrounding areas! Dogs are one of my great loves in life. I previously worked at a no-kill shelter in Columbus, Ohio where I worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am comfortable with many temperaments—I haven’t yet met an anxious dog who didn’t warm up to me quickly—but if your dog has any aggression issues, I am not comfortable accepting the request. If needed, I can administer oral medication; I do not have experience with needles. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, who adapts quickly to new surroundings. I am generally pretty quiet, and I always respect my surroundings. Just like I treat your pets like my own, the same goes for your home. I always make sure it is clean and well kept. About: I am not new to animal care or taking care of animals. I have veterinary technician experience. I have 2 dogs and a huge fenced in back yard. I do work, but i am able to work in the morning or early evening. My dogs love to play ball, chase each other, go for walks, and car rides. They are crate trained and sleep there at night. We have a huge fenced in backyard that my dogs live to run, wrestle and tear up the grass in. I cannot guarantee your pet won't have accidental grass stains.

About: I've personally had three dogs in my home while growing up. I have had bunnies, hamsters, fish, and frogs as well. I currently have four cats in my care and have taken care of other people's dogs. I am currently in school, gaining my certifications for pet boarding. I am looking to take care of animals in the morning and occasional weekends. I am open to caring for your animals in their home, I am not able to house animals at my own house or stay overnight at the moment.

About: Dogs are the best! They have been a big part of my life since I was a child. I worked at a doggy hotel for several years while in college and have experience working with breeds ranging from terriers to Great Danes. I would love to take care of your dog while you are away. I work from home! My schedule allows me be around your pet all day and provide it with the attention and care it needs and deserves! I have a big yard that provides plenty of room for your dog to stretch it’s legs. We have a super friendly German Shepherd that loves the mail lady and playing with other furry friends.

About: I've had cats my whole life and have had dogs the last 10 years. I've fostered both cats and dogs for 10 years as well. I work full time but am home every evening. I have an adult friend at home that walk our dogs and play with them everyday. I also walk and play with my dogs when I get home. I have a huge fenced in yard that they are able to play in. I am able to separate the dogs from the cats. I am able to crate your animal if needed as well.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 4 when I got my first dog. I currently have two cats and would love a dog but my schedule won't provide me enough time to take proper care of one. I am great with training puppies and giving medications. I’m currently a Preschool Intervention Specialist and have my own special education preschool classroom through Lima City Schools. I currently teach August-May. My availability mainly opens up during the summer but love to help out during the school year around my teaching contract. I look forward to working with you! I am currently off for the summer so I can attend to pet care as much or as little as you need. During the school year as long as your schedule works around my teaching contract, I will be able to help you out as much as I can! I have plenty of experience with small, medium, and big dogs. I would prefer to come to you but in the need to have your pet at my house, I am able to crate dogs as needed at my home as my house has an extra room. Plus my cats are very friendly or just stay to themselves so your animals will be in great care.

I can keep them if needed or come to your place of residence to walk and care for or to just play with, I have 5 pets of my own if I could have more I would haha, I’ve always had an animal for as long as I can remember, Iv taken care of quite a bit of animals most were rescued, I nursed them back to health and found new homes for them. At one point in time I took care of 7 new born kittens after they were thrown out and abandoned from their mother, I used to live on a farm and took care of farm animals from sun up till sun down, and now I have so much free time I don’t know what to do with it haha

About: I have dog sat for many of my neighbors, friends, and family members all through high school and college. I would often be their first choice, as I am very trusted with their furry family members! Also, I have fostered 10 week old puppies, 3 month old puppies, and many more. I also have experience with reactive dogs, as my own is one. I am a recent college graduate, looking to make some extra money and what better to incorporate my love of animals! I work a part-time job so walking would have to be in the evenings or on my off days, but I can pet sit whenever! On the days that I work however, I am gone for 8+ hrs. I am well rounded in what I can do. All of my dogs have been crate trained so I am experienced in that and I’m also used to being around puppies with my fostering experiences. Also, with drop-in visits, I’m experienced in meeting new dogs and approaching them correctly.

About: I have been a dog lover for much of my life! Growing up we had cats and smaller breed dogs. I begged my parents to allow me to watch our neighbors' dogs when they left town, and I was the go-to caretaker of our family's pets. As an adult, I have cared for 3 dogs of my own and currently we have 2 larger breed dogs. We adopted all of our dogs as puppies so I understand the adorable puppy moments, as well as the moments where puppies can be extra work. I've owned dogs into their senior years and how there can be limitation considerations and potentially and care required for health needs that come with age. I'm currently working part-time and manage a small business with my husband. Both are relatively flexible, especially if planned more than 1 week prior. Generally afternoons (after 1pm) are flexible. With advance planning, I can be available earlier in the day too. I can visit your home to care for your pets. If you have dogs and want me to provide exercise (walk or backyard play session), I can do so based on your preference. If you would like, I can also check on things inside such as water/food, or any other requested services (that I am able to provide).
