About: I have had my own dogs, plus taken care of my friends dogs in my home for 20+ years. I also have 4 dog adoring teenagers who also will love on your fur baby. We have a 2 year old Morkie with a big personality. I am a stay at home homeschool mom. Other than taking teens to/from work or at the gym, I am routinely home for dog care. There is rarely a time when I or one of my children isn’t home. I am able to walk your dog at our home or yours, or let them in our fenced back yard if they are staying with me. I have a 6 pound Morkie (Winston) that likes other dogs (and cats)-he has many dog cousins who live with my adult kids and visit frequently.

I was so nervous to leave Patch and Lilah during our vacation, because I had never left them since adopting them about a year ago. Tonie was INCREDIBLE! She has a vast knowledge of dogs and their needs. She sent me pictures of her outside playing with them, laying on the couch with them, etc. I will definitely hire Tonie again to watch the dogs for future vacations. About: I have been caring for stray animals daily, especially stray cats that I regularly feed and look after. Over time, I’ve developed strong bonds with them through patience, trust, and consistency, and I’ve learned to understand their individual personalities and needs. I do prefer to stay in the house if you are a drive to cut down on the back and forth. But I normally bring my own food and clean as I go. My goal is to leave the place so you never knew I was there, except that your pet is well taken care of. I like to meet with the animals first to make sure we are compatible. After that, I am there to keep your routines in tact. If your dog needs walked or fed at specific times, I'm on it. If you cat requires 10 minutes of chin scratches before bed, I got you. If you need to grab a delivery that happens while I'm there, absolutely. I want you to feel 100% confident your pet and house will be cared for.
