I’m excited to see where this next adventure takes me. Safety First, Shenanigans Second! Your pet’s safety is my #1 priority. Since my yard is unfenced, outdoor time is always supervised. I use a 125-lb-rated ground lead or a long leash held securely in hand, and I prefer dogs to wear a harness while in my care. On walks, I’m always keeping an eye out for distractions, triggers, and all the critters. I use positive redirection when needed and follow your pet’s routine, cues, and preferences as closely as possible.

About: Taking care of your animal will be my number one priority. I love animals, I will be more than attentive to their needs and accommodate anything you would like. I’m available any time you need me and I will take in any animal, big, small, furry, hairless, you name it! I love them all. I’ve had animals my whole life so I know how to take care of dogs, I’ve had cats now for 5 years and kittens and it’s a handful but it has taught me so many things needed to be a perfect sitter! I currently care for several pets in my own home, so I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine, energy level, and individual needs. I carefully follow instructions for feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, litter box care, walks, playtime, and companionship. I take time to help each pet feel comfortable and keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. You can expect dependable care, clear communication, a detailed Rover Card, and several photos after every visit. I prefer to meet before the first recurring or extended booking so I can learn your pet’s routine, confirm access instructions, and understand exactly what they need. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I keep my Rover calendar current and only accept visits that fit my availability. This allows me to arrive within the agreed time window and give each pet attentive care without rushing. Before the first booking, I prefer to meet you and your pet, review the care routine, and confirm access instructions. During each visit, I follow your directions closely, check doors and gates, refresh food and water, and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable before I leave. I provide photos and a clear update after every visit.

About: I have had pets for 40 years and taken care of others' pets for 30 years. I am a reliable, peppy, retired teacher and counselor. Currently I have open availability. I am retired and want to build my pet/home sitting business. I welcome any and all requests for pet or home sitting as I build my business. I do not have any pets of my own. I lost my precious kitty last year and am not ready to add a new pet to my home. I do however have 3 grand kitties and 3 granddogs that I take care of and walk.
