About: My household has always had a furry friend in it since the day I was born from small ankle biters like Chihuahuas to hefty cuties like my current Bully Pit that I can safely wrestle in some horseplay. Puppies, seniors, we don't discriminate 'round here! I don't mind getting my hands dirty and have small experience in clicker training younger pups along with an energy to match whichever personality I'm given. A boundless Collie? We can play all day! A sleepy old Bassett? We can chill with some TV. I'm not above being put to work either. Give me a litter box to clean. Give me medicine and I'll make sure it's getting swallowed. Toss a cat my way as well why doncha? I worked as a cat caretaker during my fall and spring semesters in Auburn University, as well as own a lovely kitten named Autumn, so having a feline to shake things up would be a nice treat! Trust me, my hands have a good pain tolerance. Beyond that, I know it costs major bucks to look after your pets. Or pay someone ELSE too. Sometimes a week stay for a pet can run up to $500! That's why you come to me. I offer affordable rates because I'm more concerned with the passion than the money. I have multiple pets of my own and I know the chip they can put in my wallet just from vet visits! So I won't let it get in your way! 🤠 I've graduated happily from Auburn University with a degree in Animal Sciences and am settling into a new job. This means that while I'm happy to take on new clients, my schedule is sporadic as it's determined on a weekly basis. It also means I will be gone for many hours at a time. My current work schedule and thus how long I'd be busy for July 28-Aug 3 is: Mon: 5-9:30 pm Tue: 4-9:30 Wed: 5-9:30 Thurs: Free Fri: Free Sat: 1-9:30 pm Sun: 10 am-7 pm Safety is a non-negotiable when it comes to our furry friends. Just like I do with my own pals, I stay by them at all times when outside and encourage their attention with toys or loving scritches when they're not doing their business. If push comes to shove, I am capable of safely wrestling an overzealous dog into calming down or tightening the 'ol leash if need be. With cats, responsibly scruffing rarely fails. Inside, unless stated otherwise where they're allowed to park themselves, I stay with my little friends on the floor and can crate them if specified to do so when it's bedtime. If they're free roamers, I let them tag along where I go! Except the kitchen. I also welcome animals who require daily or periodic medication. Bear in mind I charge $10 per day of administering medication, and it would cover all required meds for that day. Rest assured your friend will be taken care of!

“Victoria was so sweet and attentive with my dogs! She made sure they got more than just a walk with lots of cuddles and playtime. She’s great about sending pictures and a good summary! Will definitely use again. Thank you!!”

“Isabella did an amazing job taking care on my pup! She went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough! Highly recommend!”

“Amelia did a great job! Will use her again!”

About: I have house-sit and drop-in experience. I can do drop-ins and/or stay the night. I have taken care of pets up to a week at a time. Stayed with a mix of cats and dogs or one or the other. I have experience with dogs of smaller or larger breeds. I can stay overnight, do drop-ins, and take dogs on walks at any point of the week. I have open availability and can make sure I adhere to your normal pet care schedule. I usually ask what the client’s schedule for feeding their pets is and how frequently they take their dogs out to use the restroom. If they have set schedules then I will always go by that and if they don’t, I go based off my own experience. Playtime is so important for active pets, so doing that is so important to me. I also ask if they would like for the dogs to go out on walks. I will take them out on walks, depending on if the client is comfortable with their dog going out.

“I gave Deanna a key to my place to walk my dog. She walked her for an hour, dropped her off and left the key. My dog seems like really life her. She was on time and everything was so smooth.”

“Crystal is very good with our dog Mollie. She is prompt and conscientious and even helps me with doggie related jobs. Mollie looks forward to her walks with Crystal and perks up markedly when she hears Crystal's voice. Crystal came to help me quicker than normal when she realized how badly I needed her. (My husband had major surgery, and the walker I had lined up unexpectedly couldn't come at the last minute.) We're even adding a couple of walks to the contract to allow Mollie to taper off seeing Crystal rather than stopping "cold turkey." I highly recommend Crystal!”

About: I have been a genuine animal lover my entire life! Since I was young I was quick to bond with any animal, no matter how ornery they were. For years, I have been the trusted sitter for my family's, friend's, and coworker's furry friends. My main passion in sitting is giving your fur babies all the love, companionship, and structure they need to keep their stress down and stay on routine. I also have a passion for animal photography, so there is a good chance you will be left with a cute little memento to welcome you back home. I'm excited and look forward to watching your tail-wagging sidekicks! I strive to be available for your pet whenever I am needed! I'm passionate about keeping your pets on routine as much as I can, and am willing to adapt my schedule as much as possible to achieve that. My experience revolves around pet sitting in the client's homes. I'm a "by the book" personality, so I will follow all pet care instructions to the tee. So I will care for your pets in the exact same way that you care for your pets.

“Ann keeps being wonderful to use! 2 weeks in a row that I have needed her daily and she always shows up and even an extra visit at the last minute.”

“Kaleigh was great. She was there each time we requested and took our fur baby for her walks. She was a great communicator. I will use her again!!”

I do own a car and am available for transportation if desired. I love animals and have a Golden Retriever and a cat of my own. I have always been an animal lover and am good at taking care of their needs. I have experience house sitting with animals, walking, and drop in care for them. I am excited to find new jobs and keep a job related to being around animals. I look forward to these new experiences. I have experience administering medications and sitting for elderly dogs and cats. I am available after 4pm, Monday-Thursday and Fri-Sun anytime. I will be available for walks, drop in care, and bathing during those times and days. I have an indoor cat so saftey is my biggest concern. I always am very careful with entering my home in order to not let her out and am very attentive to dangers around the house that she could harm or be harmed on. I am very attentive and can fit a client’s particular pet needs.

About: A little about me: I am retired from AT&T, live next door to my son and his family and have a life long love of all animals. I’ve had experience with aging pets of my own and I’m able to give oral and topical medications. I’ve also had a lot of experience with pets with anxiety. Being retired allows me plenty of time to care for your pets. My routine will be adjusted to fit caring for your pet; not having your pet adjust to my routine. I can only board pets who get along with cats because I have one that means a lot to me. So, please understand if I don’t take your booking if you’re unsure how your pet will react to cats. I have a large fenced backyard for your pet to run and play in. If I’m house sitting in your home, I will follow your routine pet care.

About: I have always had dogs growing up so I learned pretty early how to care for them. I was always in charge of walking them. I am currently in college so I have most of my days free to take care of your pets. My weekends are almost always free. I have no issue following any care instructions you have for your pets. I currently live with a dog that requires lots of specialized care

About: I have many pets at home (10 to be exact) and they are the best part of each day. I would love to get to know yours as well! I just took a break from college, so I have a lot of free time. I am still available on weekends but not full time because of work. Weekdays are totally free! My main goal is to make your pets feel safe and comfortable with me. I will do what’s needed to make them feel as though they can trust me.

About: I'm new to pet sitting but have taken care of my furry friend a few times and really liked it. I’m calm, responsible, and make sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I'm home most of the time, so I have a very open schedule. I can give pets lots of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. At my home, visiting dogs have their own space away from my dog. I have two cats who are used to dogs, too. Since our yard isn’t fenced, dogs will be on a leash whenever we’re outside. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re here.

“Callie is INCREDIBLE. My dog has issues trusting people but warmed up to Callie right away. Sitting next to her and wanting to be held before I even left for my trip. I can’t tell anyone how great it was to truly enjoy my vacation as I received numerous photos and videos throughout the day of Lady being spoiled and loved on by someone who was clearly called to do this. I have already booked Callie for the rest of my trips through 2022, and hope that I never have to find another sitter. Thank you Callie, you will be seeing Lady very soon!”

Hope M.
“I am thrilled to write this testimonial for Avery because they have been an absolute blessing for both me and my furry companion. When I first hired Avery, I was searching for a reliable and trustworthy dog walker to help me give my dog the exercise and stimulation he needed while I was at work. Little did I know that I would find a dog walker who exceeds all expectations. From the very beginning, Avery demonstrated their professionalism and genuine love for dogs. They took the time to get to know my dog's unique personality, quirks, and exercise requirements. It was evident that they genuinely cared about his well-being and happiness. They are not only passionate about dogs but also highly experienced and knowledgeable. They possess a deep understanding of dog behavior, and I have complete confidence in their ability to handle any situation that may arise during the walks. They treat my dog with the utmost care, respect, and kindness, which puts my mind at ease every time I entrust my furry friend to their care. One thing I truly appreciate about Avery is their commitment to providing a tailored experience. They understand that every dog is unique, and they customize each walk to meet my dog's specific needs. Whether it's a brisk walk or a leisurely stroll, they adapt to my dog's energy level, ensuring he receives the appropriate exercise and mental stimulation. They also incorporate playtime, which my dog absolutely loves. Reliability is another standout quality of Avery. They consistently arrive on time and are always ready to take my dog for his scheduled walk. I never have to worry about cancellations or last-minute changes.”
