She was always prompt in any of her messages, even when I first began to search for a “boarder.” Emily set up a meet and greet and was welcoming to both myself and my dog, friendly, gave my dog space to warmup to the area before bringing her dogs out, and was easy to talk to. Emily was clear in her contract and any other communication we had. When my dog stayed with Emily, she sent me pictures and written updates throughout the day. I expected maybe a daily picture or 2-3 sentences if anything. Emily sent probably about 10+ pictures a day and a few paragraphs summarizing the day! When it came to pick up my dog, Emily allowed me to come about 2 hours early and had everything ready to go. She gave a brief overview of the time and was open to us coming back! I felt as if my dog stayed with a family friend and not a stranger for the time!!”

We left our German Shepherd for 10 days with Bao. It was obvious how much he enjoyed the stay and even barked when we knocked the door he only does that at our house. We received constant updates and our dog looked happy and healthy when we picked him up.
Cooper stayed with Kayla and her family for 4 nights/5 days and had a terrific time. It was his first visit overnight stay but he had been over there during the day before. I told him that he was going on a separate vacation to play with her dog Coco and that I would miss him very much! Kayla sent me pictures and updates throughout his vacation and it was so nice to see he was enjoying himself and made himself at home. Thank you again, Kayla!
Jaime is such a pleasure to work with! Very communicative and takes wonderful care of our Goldendoodle. Jackson seems to have a great time when staying with her and we will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!
Katie did a wonderful job taking care of Tucker. She sent daily updates and pictures of how he was doing. She spent time to help him go for walks. I am handicapped and don't do a lot of walking with Tucker. I would highly recommend her. We would definitely use her again!
