About: I have loved and cared for animals my entire life, starting from a very young age. Today I share my home with 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 pet rat. I completely understand the worry that comes with leaving your pet in someone else's hands, which is why I treat every animal as if they were my own. Responsible, patient, and gentle by nature, I have a deep love for all animals Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available for drop-in visits and walks Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm, and I also offer evening availability throughout the week. I keep my schedule intentionally manageable so that every pet I care for gets the time and attention they deserve. During every drop-in visit I make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I will take dogs out for a walk, spend quality playtime with both your dogs and/or cats, refresh their food and water, and clean up any messes they may have made while you were away. I treat every home I enter with the utmost respect, leaving things just as I found them

About: Hi there! I’m Barr, a wife and mother with a lifelong love for animals. We have a sweet 15-year-old Jack Russell named Indie, and I honestly can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t have a pet. Animals have always been a huge part of our family, and our compassion for them is one of the reasons we chose a vegan lifestyle. I also worked as a veterinary assistant for two years, where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets and supporting their health and well-being. As a mom, I’m now looking to earn a little extra income while doing something that truly matters to me—spending time with and caring for animals. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I will treat your pets with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I’m a stay-at-home mom, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. This is one of the reasons why I wanted to start doing this and would be perfect for any spontaneous short or long trips! I have a spacious backyard, but unfortunately, it’s not fenced. To keep our dog, Indie, who is incredibly friendly with all animals, safe, I usually take them for three walks each day. We shower her with cuddles and treats from my husband, our baby girl and I each and every day ☺️

About: I have cared for friends and families pets for years now, from big dogs to kittens! There is nothing I’d love more than to meet your animals and help you give them the best life possible! I will be completely respectful of your space and your pet’s unique needs :) I recently graduated from Cosmetology school and am working part-time as a hairstylist in Nevada city! My availability is open on Monday and Tuesday (10am-8pm)- or after 4pm on Wednesday-Friday :) Your pets safety is my top concern! I am very understanding and careful of pets that are a flight risk and need to be kept inside. I am trustworthy and will abide by any rules you may have for your home or animals!

About: Not only do I have 10 years of experience of pet sitting, I have experience working with shelter dogs. I’ve been with Placer SPCA as a volunteer for many years. I work with fearful, excitable, shy and even reactive dogs on a weekly basis. I make sure to give them the best care I can provide. I have plenty of free time and my shelter schedule is very flexible! I spend most of my time caring for pets or working with animals. I am someone that you can contact last minute for pet sitting! I will make sure that your pet gets all the love, care and attention your best friend could possibly need. I provide mostly overnight care, in which I make sure your pup is cared for in the same way you do every day. Building trust is very important to me, I’ll make sure to send pictures of your dog (or other animals) along with a report of how they are doing and any other info you may need.

About: Since high school I have had experience with normal pets to the exotic! I can honestly say that each animal is an individual that deserves their specific needs acknowledged and met. I do have experience with senior animals that need medication as well as special needs, there hasn’t been an experience that I haven’t learned from! I’ve even read books like Caesar’s Way in order to better understand my own pets and help them. I’ve even been known to be a bit of a perfectionist although that was in my earlier years now I can gladly say am a seasoned sitter! Caring for your family member fits into my routine because at the moment I am a dog Mom of one dachshund with a good partner that loves her as much as I do! I also do volunteer work, which is extremely flexible. Aside from that a lot of what I do is online, which works out great when pet care is involved I will care for your family member by noting all of their needs as well as asking any questions I have about the environment if it was not already covered in our introduction. I like to take notes!

“Nicole took great care of my cats! I asked her to drop in twice per day for cat medication and to refill their automated wet feeders. She stayed and played with them and even helped troubleshoot one of the feeders when it was acting up. This is the second time she's taken care of my cats while I was away and I would definitely ask her to do so again!”

About: I grew up with a family of people and pets. I have always loved animals and always will. Often times my parents would leave the house for a get away. I am an only child so it would always be up to me to watch what was a big part of my life 2 cats and 2 dogs. It was something that was so natural to me being I grew up doing and my parents always trusted me with the duty. As of the moment I live alone with no pets and being lonely, would love to spend some quality time with a furry companion being I'm not allowed to own a pet in the apartment where I live. About: I have had a variety of animals always in my life. I have cared for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish and rodents. (All of which I've had at some point) I have also worked for a rescue charity for 7+ years which resulted in having learned basic and emergency care, as well as administration of medication. I am retired and looking to fill my time with love and cuddles. I have always enjoyed caring for the variety of animals I have and have had. I love learning all the cute special quirks and loves of every animal I interact with. I am very respectful of other people's space and items - my focus is on the animals in my charge. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i was young. Neighbors, friends, family and others have relied on me to walk feed and bathe their fur babies. i currently have 3 female dogs. one is a chocolate lab and the 2 others are black labs mixed with blue heeler from the same litter. both are so kind and sweet. taking care of dogs is what i enjoy the most and have been talking about them since i could talk. i also have two cats. i am available to watch your pets any time of the day 24/7. pet care fits into my daily routine as i care for 3 dogs and 2 cats of my own. i have a fenced yard and three friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company! anything to make your animals happy relaxed and satisfied with their needs.

I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, potty breaks, and giving pets plenty of love and attention. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, so I always follow the owner’s instructions closely and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures so you can see what your fur baby is up to! I’m a full-time college student with a flexible schedule, giving me plenty of time throughout the week to care for your pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and boarding in my apartment. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m stopping by your home, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, love, and care. I keep my Rover calendar updated with my current availability! I share my home with my best friend, who also has experience boarding and caring for dogs, and our Great Dane. We’re both comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and needs. I personally have experience handling reactive and dog aggressive dogs and understand the importance of boundaries, supervision, and safe separation.
