“Kaylee is the best! She came over to let out my shady with just a one hour notice and she leaves such detailed overviews, and sends so many photos! Shady loves her and is always happy when she comes for a visit.”

“Christen did such an amazing job taking care of our dog and cat! I really appreciated the walks and photos. I definitely felt that Mango and Virgo were getting great care with Christen, allowing for me and my girls to have a wonderful vacation.”

“We are die hard fans of Jessica! She makes the whole process so easy and stress free. No doubt in my mind that our fur baby will be in good hands. 1000/10 would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I cannot express how grateful we were to have Aimee watch over our fur babies while we were gone. She took the time to let our kitties get use to her, which meant the world! Aimee is extremely sweet & kind and communicated with me daily to let me know how they were doing! We will definitely be using her services again!!!”
“This was our first time using Rover and not only was Courtney extremely helpful and patient with us through the process, but she did a phenomenal job watching our pups. I didn’t have to worry about our pets once while we were away!”

“Debra took great care of my boys while I had to go out of town and was able to book her on short notice. Excellent updates and communication and even helped with ailments for my older good boy Zeus. Highly recommend.”

About: I have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds since I can remember. I grew up with at least 3-4 dogs in my household at all times, volunteered at the local animal shelter to help take care of the overflow of dogs, fostered a litter of puppies, and of course the occasional dog sitting for a neighbor or family friend. I am currently working 2 part time jobs at the moment, but they usually include short days and hours. I am mostly available from mid afternoon to nighttime on any given day, especially weekends! Schedule is subject to change weekly. I have a big kennel in my home if it’s ever needed. I also have plenty of toys, treats, and other equipment like poop bags, leashes, or harnesses.
“Jena was everything you could ask for in a dog sitter!! She was very attentive and kept us very up to date with our pups. One of them is a very nervous guy and usually doesn’t eat in situations like this, but Jena sat down and hand fed him his food to make sure he did. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a dog sitter and she’ll be my #1 for future occasions!”

“Becca is fabulous! She is sweet and very reliable. I look forward to getting her updates while I’m away. Seeing my babies and how well they are being taken care of ease the worries of being far from home.”

“David was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure Nya wasn’t only comfortable but also that she enjoyed his visit. Nya is a very energetic and happy puppy and with David’s patience and extensive knowledge around canines, I was completely ok with knowing that she was in great hands! I will definitely be booking David in the future.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was around 13, from pet sitting for neighbors, friends and family to working professionally in dog daycare and boarding facilities. I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, including puppies and senior dogs. I’m comfortable giving medications, following prescription diets and special feeding instructions, and I also have experience giving insulin injections to diabetic dogs. My professional experience has also included bathing, daycare/boarding care and transporting pets. I have three dogs of my own, including my 11-year-old husky mix and two young dachshunds, so I’m very comfortable with everything from puppy energy to senior care. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which gives me plenty of time for pet care throughout the week. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits and other pet care during weekdays and weekends. I’m happy to work with your pet’s normal routine as much as possible, whether that means early potty breaks, meal times, medications or just some extra playtime and attention. I treat every pet like I would want someone to treat my own. I pay close attention to feeding instructions, medications, potty schedules and each pet’s individual routine. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs and dogs with special care needs. I’m also very mindful of doors, gates, leashes and surroundings because I know how quickly a curious dog can decide it’s time for an adventure! I’m happy to follow whatever routine and safety rules you have in place in your home.
About: I’ve grown up around multiple pets my whole life and truly love being around animals. Some people even call me the “pet whisperer” because I’m very patient and naturally connect well with pets. I enjoy walks, playtime, cuddles, and making animals feel as comfortable and loved as possible. I’m also good with shy, picky, sick, senior, or stubborn pets and understand that every pet deserves personalized care and attention. I’m working part time, only a couple days of the week, so pet care is my main priority. days vary on the week but I am very flexible! I will be pet sitting, so in your home I will be clean & respectful of your things, while providing safety and comfort to your pets.

About: Part time for Rover but will give you and your baby my full time attention! I love animals and I even used to work at a no-kill Animal Shelter (I don't have veterinarian experience). I've lived on a farm for 10 years and had plenty of pets, exotic and native, so I'm familiar with the oddities that come with the territory of an animal that can't really tell you what's wrong. I own two 6 year old 20lb fur babies myself and they are the friendliest cats you could meet. They love Dogs but if you're pup doesn't like cats that's okay. We can work out dog sitting or taking them for a walk! I can't wait to meet you and your babies! Pick me!

I am a trusted pet sitter and am always the one who is in mind for dog siting as i enjoy giving my time and love to pets - even ones that arent mine💗🐶 I have 2 dogs and help care for my grandparent’s cat. I tend to my animals on a regular basis & take them for adventures whenever possible. I offer in-home pet care tailored to your pet’s individual needs and routine. I would care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, including drop-in visits, short stays, walks, feeding and fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of love and attention! I’m comfortable caring for: multiple pets, puppies, senior pets, dogs of any size, etc - just message me if you have questions!! I’m happy to help keep their space clean, safe, and comfortable while you’re away. I can also reinforce basic training and work on teaching new commands and good habits. **My availability:** 🐶 Monday–Thursday: Available before 9:30 AM and after 4 PM 🐶 Friday–Sunday: Available throughout the day. As of September 2026, there are 261 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Magnolia. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Magnolia. On Rover:
- 92% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
