In a client's home, water bowls will be kept full, any accidents will be cleaned as soon as possible, and I will adhere to your desired feeding schedule. If you have a backyard or a private outdoor area, I will gladly spend time with your pet there, making sure they don't get too scratched up or dehydrated from play. I will be in contact with you throughout the duration of the sitting period. Daily fun pictures will be sent! My work schedule is very fluid, if you give me two weeks prior notice I can even clear my previous work schedule for your convenience. My two cats are fed twice a day, with their box being cleaned every morning and night. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
