About: As an only child, I was desperate for a pet. My parents ensured that I was fully responsible for my first pup. I now have two dogs who are the world to me and my best friends are vets. I learned from the best and would love to learn from your pup! I am currently a full time Ph.D. Student at OSU and hold a very flexible assistantship. With a younger dog of my own, I strive to be available for his need and I will do the same for your pet. We love going on walks and to the dog park and try to take advantage of the beautiful days in Columbus. I am very attentive to a pet’s needs. If you have any special concerns, I’m all ears and want to ensure that you have nothing to worry about. My goal is to make sure your pet only misses you because you’re away not because their needs aren’t met.

9. Megan T.
About: Not only am I a mother of three furry friends, but I also take the time and effort to consider each pets needs based on their age, comfort level, and personality. Please don’t be worried that because I’m new to Rover I won’t be able to carry out good care. Caring for animals (even farm animals), has been something that’s been carried throughout my family. I will make sure your pet gets stimulated the way YOU want. Whether that’s walks or relaxation. Or whether that’s helping a puppy get adjusted to the leash correctly. I have passion for this field, as well as love for the animals. My average day consists of not only caring for myself, but my furry friends as well. Taking care of animals helps me get set up for my future career, (vet tech) as I’m currently enrolled in colleges courses. My pets travel with me, but when I’m assigned to others care I will occasionally leave them at home. When I’m at home, my babies get all of my attention and as many belly rubs as they want. Safety around animals is a huge component of sitting. I would not just trust anybody with my babies. Supervision 100% of the time I’m in charge of the furry friends. I never want to overstep an animals patience, so learning to trust and cater to the animal is something I’ve adapted to doing. When I’m at others homes, I always take into consideration each pets comfort levels and needs so I can make sure they’re taken care of as much as possible.
10. Destinie S.
“Destinie has cared for my cats for a couple years now while I go on vacations and sometimes on weekends when I go out. She’s very loving and caring with my cat, always makes sure she’s taken care of.”
11. Sierra M.
“Sierra has been my dog-sitter for more than a year. My little dog could be described as "high maintenance" but he loves going to Sierra's. When we pull into her parking area, he starts wagging his tail and getting excited. When I pick him up (whether it's an overnight stay or a week) he's happy. Sierra will send me pictures of my dog when I'm far away and missing him. Sierra's turnaround with communication is always timely. I'm thankful we found her.”

About: I am a father of Honey, my gentle dog loving Golden Retriever, Cocker Spaniel mix. I’ve loved animals since I was 5! I treat all animals and pets as if they were my own, with compassion . I've personally raised and trained 3 previous dogs, all adopted: a Rat Terrier, Border Collie mix, a fear aggressive, insecure Husky Great Dane Hound mix. They all passed a few years ago, and my big one had issues, but I would never give up on a dog. As a kid, we had a German Shepherd, a Labrador retriever, two Dobermans, and a Cocker Spaniel. I like going for long walks and to the dog park with my chill buddy, Honey. I always make time during my days for playtime when a furry friend seeks amusement. We love to play tag, toss a ball around, play tug of war, and squeak toys. Whenever it's time to relax, my definition of Netflix and Chill consists of me and my fur baby snuggled. Dog walking- I can walk for as little as 5 minutes to as long as an hour as requested by the owner; a specific walking distance or going to the dog park is not an issue as long as the booking time permits that. Drop-In Visits or House sitting- I am more than happy to check in on pets as if they are my own, I’ll feed pets according to your specifications i.e. the amount and feed times preferred and of course we need to include playtime. I can stay as needed and will accommodate your dogs preferences. Daycare & Boarding- All breeds and sizes are welcome! Your dog or dogs must be potty trained and friendly with other dogs. Daycare hours are from 8am-6pm. I am currently retired from state government, so this is my full-time job I sincerely love. I will try to accommodate specific preferences if possible. I will follow the guidelines of you, my client to the best of my ability in your home. I will always walk your dog/s on a leash and will let them roam free indoors for playtime. I show each dog, the same love I give to my own.
13. Robert P.
“He has experience with animals, because he was a vet tech before. He has taken care of my dog, who is extremely important to me. My dog is like my baby to me, and he was very comfortable around Robert. He seemed very happy and well taken care of. Robert took him out multiple times and would give him treats when he would potty. He would play with Cash whenever Cash wanted and kept him entertained. He’s a great guy around animals and he’s very passionate about them!”
14. Ashley K.
“I've worked with Ashley in a 24 hour veterinary ER for 2 years. From day one she showed so much compassion and love for all of the animals in the hospital. She is very skilled at giving treatments such as oral or subcutaneous medications. She has watched my pets before when I've gone out of town and wouldn't trust anyone else with them!”

About: Canines have been an addition to our families for many years. I am filled will joy, loving on the pups! What a great blessing they have been! I am self employed. I get to choose my schedule, so flexible is an understatement. Always make tike for the things things you love, right? Animals that are house trained can free roam unless owner requests otherwise. 16. Jessica H.
“I have had the pleasure of knowing Jessica for years. She is proud mama of 4 fur babies, all labradors, and a beautiful large cat. She has always had a natural affinity for animals. The care and well being of her pets is very important, along with their play and exercise. She has large yard for playing fetch and makes trips to doggie parks along with walking with them around neighborhood. She has weekend sleepovers with my grandson Shepherd and the puppy enjoys her care and feels safe. I also had a Pyrenees dog with severe anxiety when left alone, and he loved to have Jessica stay with him and he suffered no stress. Jessica is very compassionate and patient and I think she makes a great caregiver for animals.”
