About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. About: I absolutely love taking care of pets! Regardless of age or energy level, they will be in great hands with me. I have taken care of my cat Garbanzo since she was 6 months old and she is now almost 4! We are absolute best friends and seeing her everyday is such a joy. I also grew up with dogs of varying from small a shih tzuI to a great dane then to pitbull mixes. I have taken care of friends and families pets while they were away and it’s always something I've looked forward to. I love sending pet pictures to their owners to show they are well loved while away, and am communicative if I have any questions or concerns! I want to provide the care for your pet that I would want for mine. I currently have an open schedule while in between jobs. This means daily check-ins even a couple time per day will work for me. My calendar will be updated as that changes. I will follow instructions provided to me by the owner to ensure proper care as all pets require something different. If I have any questions I will be sure to reach out to the owner. I want the owner to feel comfortable knowing I will follow what they want for their pet.

I also lived with a rescued pit bull for several years (she had a rough past and didn’t do well around other dogs), so I have some experience with anxious pups on walks. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs my entire life. My friends and family have been relying on me to walk and feed their dogs for years! Cuddles are also a must! May or may not talk to them like they are babies (which they 100% are) I currently work full-time at an elementary school, so this is only a weekend gig. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
