About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. About: I was raised in a household with dogs. I have always been a lover of dogs, and have recently been considering getting one of my own. I have cared for friends and families dogs in the past, and promise your dog will be in good hands. I currently work m-f 9-5pm, however my job is very flexible. I have the option to work from home, and on days I do not work from home I have the flexibility to stop home throughout the day. I love to go for walks and enjoy the outdoors. I live close by to a dog park to take the pup to run around if that is something you are comfortable with. For cats, my own cats are very needy so I understand cats needing more attention that most people think/assume.

I own my house and know the anxiety of leaving someone you don’t know in your home wondering what your home will look like when you get back. I am currently working part time hours at my job but I have lots of availability and can accommodate pretty much anything! I’d love to get to know your fur babies!
