About: As someone who was raised on a fully functioning farm, animal husbandry has been a part of my daily routine since I could walk! I have experience with almost every domestic animal under the sun, but dogs and cats have always been very personal to me. I would love to extend my love for pets to you and your fur family by caring for them as I would my own. Caring for pets is my full time job! I am highly flexible and usually able to accommodate whatever you and your furbabies need. When house sitting, I will need to leave at least once a day to check in at my house, but otherwise your pets have my full attention. I want your pets to be safe and happy. I am willing to take on whatever routine you have established to make your time away as easy on your pets as possible. Safety and fun are my top priorities!

About: I’ve had pets of all sizes, shapes, and needs. I’d love to take your dog for a walk, feed your bearded dragon, or snuggle with your cat. Working from home allows me the flexibility to give special attention or break for a walk any time of day! Your pet will love laying at my feet, exploring my fenced in back yard, or getting some exercise on a walk around town. I have a fenced in yard and an old, friendly dog and 3 cautious cats to keep your pet company. Your pet will have run of the house like they’re at home. I am happy to crate your pet if that is your preference.

About: I have cared for animals my entire adult life. I have cared for dogs, cats, horses, goats and pigs. There is not an animal that walks the earth that I do not love and respect. They bring so much joy and love to the world, I feel compelled to return that love and care to them whenever possible. I am currently working at night and my wife works from home. Your pet will never be alone in our home and my schedule is for home visits, walking and doggie daycare is completely open from 6am until 11pm. I have a large fenced in yard and a very friendly puppy that loves other dogs. We have a park with trails directly across from our house for walks and playtime. I also own a large crate that can be used if your pet feels more secure there.

About: I grew up on a farm and love taking care of animals!! I also have a dog of my own that I love very much :) I work part time at a nursing home and love helping animals… I do this as often as possible and enjoy it so much. This is something I do regularly. I have a big yard, I love going on walks, I stay at home most of the day!!! Dog parks are my favorite place to take my pets

About: I love animals every one of them. It's very therapeutic to me. I don't have all of the experience as most people who are on here, however I'm very patient with animals I have grown up with animals my entire life and I've always enjoyed the responsibility of taking care of a pet. I go above and beyond for any animal,(including wildlife) every animal deserves dignity, especially when they are apart of a family. I am very calm even when animals may be fretted or not sure. It's all about body language. I have a lab and I enjoy taking him hiking, bike riding, and sometimes just simply loving the cuddles and kisses while relaxing. Animals love me I don't know what it is about me but I enjoy giving the I currently am in college at Liberty University, but I’m online, which gives me a lot of availability to care for and love on others pets. I’m not an animal whisperer by any means, haha, however, I feel like it sometimes. Animals in general but dogs really have a special place in my heart they are just drawn to me and I’m drawn to them. I pay a lot of attention to their body language. I think that’s super important. I am a jogger and love to be outside and stimulation for a dog is super essential in pet care and I always make sure that I’m not only giving tons of kisses and love while their hoomans are gone but ensure they are thriving and they feel safe and comfortable with me. It’s my only goal. They are amazing animals and while kennels aren’t a a terrible option, I find it more comforting to the animal to be in their own home.

About: I’ve taken care of 10-15 dogs over the years as well as 4 cats. I love animals and think they are so special and every animal has such a unique story and deserves to be cared for in a loving way! I’m currently a full time student but most of my classes are online which allows for me to be available lots of times! The more of a heads up I get the better but I’ll make anything work if I’m free! I don’t keep pets in my own home. So this section isn’t very applicable to the services I will be offering. But I am more than happy to care for pets in their homes or take them on walks!

I teach dance classes in the evenings, so my days are completely open for walks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles. I’m always home by 8 or 9 PM, which gives me lots of time to spend with pets in the evenings too. Whether it’s a daytime walk, a drop-in visit, or overnight care, I have a flexible schedule that lets me give each pet plenty of attention and love! 🐶🐱 Safety is always my top priority! I’m very attentive when it comes to caring for pets and make sure they’re always secure, comfortable, and happy. I take my own dog on multiple walks a day, make sure he’s fed on schedule, and give him plenty of playtime and outdoor exercise — especially since we live in an apartment. We often visit the nearby dog park so he can run and socialize safely. I’m also careful to keep all doors closed and locked, and I always keep eyes on pets, especially if they’re still working on training. My dog is crate trained, so I understand how important routines and boundaries are for safety and comfort. Every pet I care for gets the same level of attention and love that I give my own! ❤️🐾

About: I’m a former teacher with a lifelong love of all sorts of animals. I have been pet sitting since I could drive and have a minor in Animal Science (4 classes short of a second major, but did not finish due to scheduling conflicts with my primary degree) from Virginia Tech. I currently have 3 dogs, 4 horses and two kitties. I’m used to handling everything from tiny toy breeds to giant breeds. I try to get to know each pet on an individual basis and give them what they need to be as happy as possible when their owner is away. I have no problem with cleaning up messes and work to leave things better than I found them. I can administer medication, though if injections are involved I’d probably need a refresher course. I hope to get to know you and your pet soon. I currently have an extremely open and flexible schedule. Most of the work I do is gig work and freelance, so I make my own schedule. I can spend a few hours just hanging out with your pet for anxious babies, take your high energy Aussie on an extra long walk, brush your Husky until they shine or have a dance party with your doodle. Nothing makes me happier than a really detailed list of instructions for your pet or pets. It’s your home and your pet, and I will follow your directions to the letter.

About: I am a chubby, southern gal w/ a love for animals & nature! I have so much love to give. I enjoy visiting the fur babies, taking them on adventures, taking their pics and speaking time with them, when their designated humans are away 🥰 I have experience with senior & shelter animals. I have experience with blind and epileptic dogs, as well. I try to be open to their moods and surroundings at all times. Hi there! Lucky for you, my schedule is basically wide open! I have one guy who gets walked twice a day and one girl who gets care once a week. I am typically available 8am-8pm. They are always on a leash or lanyard! Never outside alone. Car rides and long walks, trips to the park, or wherever they may like to go!

About: I have 3 dogs a miniature dachshund, hound mix from the humane society as well as a German Shepard retriever mix from the shelter! I love animals and I will take great care of yours like they are my own and give them so much love! I stay at home with my 3 dogs as I am transitioning between jobs so just looking for some money to make and some friends for my doggies to play with! I have 3 dogs that can keep yours company, I have 3 crates as well as a large yard with a lead that my dogs roam on. I can watch in your home or mine but would be easier in mine with my pups!

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, I have a cat currently and family members have always had dogs and cats. I volunteered at the Humane Society throughout high school and have lots of experience pet sitting! 😻 I also used to foster kittens which I loved doing. I love being around animals and caring for them. I am a student working part time, so that gives me plenty of free time to check in on your furry friends throughout the day, take them on walks, and spend the night with them! I am a trustworthy person who will respect your space as I would my own and leave it better than I found it. I have my EMT-b certification and am working currently as an RBT, so I have been through several background checks and first aid trainings. Safety and trust are very important to me and if desired I can frequently send you pictures/videos of your pets throughout the day! 🫶

About: Ive worked with puppies as young as 2 months , and senior dogs as old as 19 years , ive given medication , ive given vaccinations at my job as well! i take pictures of animals via camera and they come out amazing! i work with dogs and cats and some exotic animals every day , my schedule varies , im a boarding and doggie daycare manager at my current job so i make my own schedule based on my needs. I have a year and a half dachshund mix who loves every animal he meets! i always take him and my moms dogs to the dog park and my job for daycare!

About: Hey hey, my name is Taylor and I’m located in Rustburg VA, I’ve been around dogs my whole life, from small to large. Animals are truly my happiness. I’ve house sat in the past that helped me to learn all I can about different breeds. I’m willing to travel anywhere from Danville, Martinsville, and Lynchburg. I work full time but with my schedule it is very flexible after 12pm. If all goes well would love to make this a full time opportunity.
