1. Liz K.
“Liz is the best!! My dogs love her! And that’s an understatement. She’s dependable, loving, a great communicator. My dogs stayed with her for a week and they were treated like one of their own animals. She’s sends updates and pictures frequently. She’s very flexible. She’s given our family a chance to vacation. I just never knew anyone who watched animals, so we never went anywhere. We are very grateful for Liz and my dogs are so lucky to get her love and attention.”
2. Cortney S.
“Cortney was very accommodating and her communication was great. She kept me updated with pictures as well. My pups had a great time with her. Will definitely rebook!!”
3. John R.
“John was wonderful with our elderly dog. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. John was above and beyond our expectations, he even gave us some new ideas to keep our dog more active. I don’t think our dog was ready to leave, thought he was on vacation too. I highly recommend John you won’t be disappointed.”
4. Marketa C.
“Marketa was AWESOME! She took great care of Maggie and I would greatly recommend her to anyone who is looking to board their pet in the Lynchburg area. We will definitely use Marketa on our next visit!”
5. Ashley S.
“We left our 10 month old puppy with Ashley and Jonathan for a long weekend. Our puppy seemed right at home from the start. We received videos and pictures of her stay and knew she was in good hands. She had a home away from home experience. Ashley and Jonathan were very accommodating and we willl definitely use their services again.”
6. holly T.
“Holly, you have provided the best and most loving care for my dog, Max. Thank you so much for watching him again, along with Kira, my daughter’s 8 month old pomsky, while we traveled out of town. You offer such a loving home! I feel lucky to have found you!”
7. Jessi & Jon-Eric H.
“I can’t say enough good things about the service they provide. Our Winston loves his time in their home and running and playing and getting lots of exercise with his friends.”
8. Wendy D.
“Wendy was very reassuring while keeping Sammy. I had only had Sammy for 3 weeks when I needed a sitter for a day and a half. I was very nervous to leave him. Wendy kept me updated with photos while keeping Sammy which really helped me. Wendy has a big fenced in back yard which is also very nice for a puppy or grown dog. I was fortunate she had another puppy arrive the second day so my puppy had someone to play with! :-) I would recommend Wendy as a pet sitter if you find your self in need. She has a lot of experience especially with puppies! You can also read the rest of her reviews as I did which brought me to her in the first place!”
9. Virginia L.
“Excellent experience!”
10. Christine & Matthew C.
“Christine and Matthew watched my granny puggle for me when I went on vacation recently and I was very happy with the care they provided. I was sent updates with pictures and little notes and this made me feel more at ease being able to know that she was doing well. I would highly recommend using Christine and Matthew for all your pet’s needs.”
11. Donna W.
“Donna was amazing!! She took such good care of my dogs while we were on vacation and always kept us updated. We will definitely use her again!”
12. Layna D.
“I was so nervous leaving my dogs for the first time ever. Espeymy sadie belle who has terrible anxiety but they did such an amazing job loving on her and making her feel at home. And reassured me throughout her stay too! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!!”
13. Joleen P.
“I had the absolute pleasure of having Joleen as my dog sitter, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Joleen went above and beyond to ensure that my high-energy Labrador, Bo, had a fantastic stay, even when I had to seek help last minute for an unexpected trip during the Fourth of July holiday. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate my last-minute request was so great! One of the highlights was the frequent updates she provided. Joleen would send me adorable photos and videos of Bo, allowing me to see the fun they were having together. It was incredibly reassuring and heartwarming to see him enjoy his time while I was away for multiple days. Not only did Joleen provide exceptional care, but she also had amazing amenities that made Bo's stay even more enjoyable. Her property featured a fence, small pool, and hose, which turned out to be a real treat for Bo during the warm summer days. Seeing Bo happily splashing around and cooling off in the pool brought a smile to my face. Joleen's thoughtful provision of these amenities added an extra level of fun and excitement to Bo's time with her. She took the time to play fetch with Bo, which happens to be his favorite game. The joy and enthusiasm brought to playtime made it clear that she genuinely cared about providing a fun and engaging experience. Joleen is an exceptional dog sitter who goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience for myself and Bo. I highly recommend Joleen as a dog sitter for anyone seeking a caring and attentive individual who will treat their furry friend like family!”

About: I’ve had pets of all sizes, shapes, and needs. I’d love to take your dog for a walk, feed your bearded dragon, or snuggle with your cat. Working from home allows me the flexibility to give special attention or break for a walk any time of day! Your pet will love laying at my feet, exploring my fenced in back yard, or getting some exercise on a walk around town. I have a fenced in yard and an old, friendly dog and 3 cautious cats to keep your pet company. Your pet will have run of the house like they’re at home. I am happy to crate your pet if that is your preference.
15. Falen F.
“Falen and her wonderful family were so good to my Thor. She provided excellent updates with pictures and her communication kept my mind at ease. I am absolutely going to use her again. Thanks so much, Falen!!!!”
16. Blair W.
“My boxer doesn’t like most people, but the dog is obsessed with Blair. I know Bella is in good hands whenever I have to go out of town and have to leave her behind. Would recommend Blair to anyone needing a helping hand with their pets.”
17. Madison T.
About: The summer after my freshman year of college, I began working at a daycare and boarding facility where I took care of dogs, cats, reptiles, and exotic pets! I not only learned the special personalities of each animal, and how each requires unique care, I also learned how important it is for owners to feel safe and comfortable leaving their furry family members with another individual. With every walk, bath, car ride, daycare stay, and long nights at the facility, I aimed to treat every animal as if they were my own ♡ I am currently available any day of the week and do not have time restrictions. If you need me, I am there! I do help babysit for family and friends, but I am absolutely open to figuring out a schedule that works for all parties if these were to conflict. I have two Goldendoodles of my own who absolutely love to play with other pets! I take my own dogs on walks throughout our neighborhood 3x a day for about 30-40 minutes and would love to add another friend to the group. I can crate and bathe your pup if needed or requested, and I am very flexible with stopping by or staying with your furry friend. If there is anything in particular that your pet needs, please feel free to let me know! I also provide updates throughout the duration of care and will ensure that you and your pet will feel at ease.
18. Desiree W.
About: I have always had a love for animals. I worked in the veterinary field for about 10 years. I have owned animals of my own since I was a small child. I aspire one day to become a certified dog trainer. I have pet sit everything from cats and dogs to goats and sheep. I do work full time but my father lets the dogs out at lunch time. I’m home by 5:30 so if it’s at my house it will be able to play from when I get home until the next morning. If the pet is not staying with me I will go before and after work and stay over if need be. My pets are extremely well cared for. Up to date on all vaccinations and flea medications. They all get plenty of exercise and have free range of the house when someone is home. They sleep in bed with me at night. I have a large fenced in yard for them to play. They are crated when someone is not home for their safety and to keep them out of trouble.
19. Nicole E.
“Nicole was amazing. We are not from the area and needed last minute care, and our 2 dogs were so well cared for. Her and her daughter were so helpful and she sent great updates. Our one dog has some anxiety and can be reactive but she handled her perfectly. So thankful for her!”
20. Maddison B.
“Jack came home really happy after being at Maddison’s. She was so great about communicating with me before and during his stay. We will definitely be calling on her again! It’s so wonderful to have someone so dependable and attentive to our old guy! Thanks again, Maddison!”
