All the stuff I would have asked her, but she was right up front with everything. She explained her home life, her own pets, and how she was going to incorporate our pup into the mix. After a few messages and us both providing additional information, I just felt really comfortable selecting her to watch Reid. Drop-off and pick-up were very smooth processes. This was the longest we have boarded Reid, 10 days and he did really well and I attribute that to Alliyah and the environment he was in. Our booking was for 9 days and received checkin texts and pictures on our pup with out being having to prompt Joleen to do so. When I had a question, Joleen was very expedient in answering my text. This was my first experience with Rover and it didn’t disappoint. Joleen and her husband are very nice people and enjoyed meeting them. Their house was very dog friendly by having pretty of room to run and play in the fenced in backyard. When we picked up our dog his demeanor was normal and showed he also liked being around Joleen.
