About: I grew up with all different kinds of animals and have petsitting experience taking care of cats and dogs. I love spending time with animals and the joy they bring! About: I am a licensed veterinary technician so I am professionally trained to know how to take care of your animals especially if there is an emergency! I currently work full time at Lincoln Memorial University. I can only do weekends because of my schedule, but I can also see what I can do to help during the week! I do not have a fenced in yard. My dogs have been trained to stay in the yard. I have 3 dogs, they are younger and very playful. I also have 3 cats. Even though I do not have a fence, I can offer walks in the yard or walking up and down the road and put them on the leash while they use the bathroom. I have a whole room dedicated for the animals where they can stay unless they are kept uncaged then they can have free roam of the house.
About: I’ve had a pup my entire life, at one point my wife and I had 4 doggies! I have experience with dogs of all stages of life! We live an active lifestyle, but also love to cuddle at night! In the Summer I only work a few hours a day. My wife works from home a couple days a week as well! Your pup would only be alone a couple hours max. I have a large fenced back yard! We try to keep to your pups normal routine. They can either be crated or free roaming depending on your preference when I go run errands. I have a doggie door for my pup to go in and out throughout the day.
“Jan was able to watch Maddie for doggie daycare on short notice. She has a great set up for yard access and also being able to hang out in the cool of the A/C on a comfy couch. It made my day with my family so much better knowing she was being looked after and had Jan’s company while being in a different environment. I never overbook myself, so your pet always gets plenty of one-on-one time. Safety and comfort come first. When I’m in a client’s home, I follow their exact routines and respect their space. I double-check that doors and gates are secure, can clean up after pets as needed, and make sure each pet feels safe while you’re away. I'll send plenty of updates and photos so you always know how things are going. I am home throughout the day as well as nights and evenings so your fur babies will get all the love and play time they need! I have a large unfenced yard where your babies can enjoy running while attached to a long leash. They will get to roam around in the home as long as they are potty trained and dog friendly. I have a room that is a dedicated dog room where crates are kept for the dogs to be safely while I am away. YOUR PET MUST BE CRATE TRAINED! Please bring a crate for each dog you are boarding with me unless prior arrangements have been made! I do have a baby so your pet must be good with children.
