“I'm a first time Rover user so I was new to the process and a little apprehensive, but I had nothing to be concerned about- Autumn was amazing! We had a meet and greet with her before our trip and she immediately made us comfortable about leaving the care of our kitties to her. It's clear she loves animals and our two 9 year old kitties loved her visits while we were out of town. She took great care of them and was extremely communicative with us the entire time. I will definitely request her services again in the future!!”

About: I have experience in vet med, so I will be able to keep a detail-oriented eye on your pet's health and wellbeing. If it comes to it, I can take your beloved companion to the vet clinic while you're out of town and see to any at-home care they need, no problem. I currently make my income entirely through app-based freelance work, making it easy to interweave schedules. I can check in on your pet, go out and work for 2-3 hours, then come back again. ADHD tendencies serve me well in this situation-- I can focus on a show, a book, or working on my laptop, while still being peripherally aware of what your pet is doing, and taking time to check in and give lots of scritches and belly-rubs. I live in a shared housing situation, so I have plenty of experience leaving an environment that is not my own exactly as I found it.

“We just moved across the country and are waiting for our spot at doggy daycare to open. I work from home but am in meetings most of the day. Our pup is used to being at daycare multiple days so we needed a an outlet for some energy. Every part of our experience withSierra has been great. Sierra was very responsive to my request and arrived each time exactly when scheduled. She asked great questions to learn about Roy before walking him. Each time Roy came back from his walk happy and relaxed. Roy instantly made a connection with Sierra and was super excited to see her each day running to her and giving puppy kisses. Sierra made Roy’s day and reduced my stress knowing he was safe and getting some exercise. Would definitely recommend Sierra.”

About: I have over 300 volunteer hours with NOAH Center as a dog walker, cat kennel tech, and foster parent. I grew up with 5 dogs (2 Whippets, 2 Chihuahuas, 1 Boston Terrier) and 2 cats. I ride horses in my free time so there is no dog too big for me! I am currently in between jobs and out of school for the summer so my schedule is wide open for pet sitting and dog walking! My first jobs have been dog sitting at other homes, which I believe is the ideal situation as the animals are always most comfortable in a familiar space. I love to take dogs on frequent walks and breaks outside, they are easiest to manage when tuckered out.

About: I am available to walk dogs! I enjoy taking dogs to parks or trails where they can have fun. I have grown up with pets all my life and have had dogs of my own. I am reliable, kind, experienced and athletic. Growing up in Alaska I have been surrounded by all kinds of animals and value their experience. As well I have experience with old dogs who need a little extra care and young dogs with a lot of energy. Life can be very busy and so I want to help take care of the animals and pets you love. I am flexible and have a vehicle, so scheduling and transport are optional with me! If I sound right for you and your pet, let me know! I work part time and am available most weekdays and part time on weekends. I have plenty of time to take care of your pups and make sure they get their needs met and more! I am always respectful of other folks spaces and homes. I often will house sit for people and am comfortable following instructions and making sure the pup is happy! In my own home, some dogs can feel a little anxious, I like to start with a tour! Usually led by the dog who is sniffing all there is to sniff. Other than that, it's good to take them out and make sure they have their time outside to get some energy out and let them relax.

About: I’ve had small pets since I was very little and learned how to care for them over the years. I would often pet sit for my neighbors and family friends pets. I have experience with cat sitting and dog sitting for small-medium sized dogs. I’m conscientious with high to low energy levels of pets and with very young to older pet care. I can do daily drop in visits and dog walks with my flexible schedule. I can communicate with you what times will work for me during the week you would like me to visit. I’m very attentive of feeding, water, medication and litter box care. I’m very conscientious of introducing myself to a pet for the first time.
