“Bianca was great!!!! She updated us every day with multiple pictures and the status of our dogs and how they were doing. I felt extremely comfortable with her watching them and will definitely be contacting her again for our next trips! ?”

“Faith has watched our Shiba Inus multiple times now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. She’s reliable, responsive, and truly great with our dogs—even administering medication to our elderly Shiba with no issues. Most recently, she helped us out while we were in the hospital for the birth of our son. We weren’t sure how many drop-ins we’d need or how long we’d be gone, but she was incredibly flexible and quick to respond. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pups were in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Jessica was a great pet sitter for our 2 cats! She did a great job administering medication to our cat, who typically hates it and hides. She communicated well and was very reliable! We will definitely be using her again!”

“I feel like I struck gold when I found Rita— she dropped in daily for 3 weeks to take care of my three skittish cats while I had to unexpectedly spend time in the hospital. Through the Rover app she was able to communicate daily about her visits while providing pictures or video through face time. She was dependable, reliable and caring — she even brought a special cat toy from home to build rapport with these shy cats. I appreciated her going the extra mile and her assistance to me. I got to recover rather than worry about the cats — what a gift! I will always request her in future and recommend her and Rover to others.”

“Wenda was absolutely fantastic. She was very engaged with my two chaotic cats and made sure the litterbox was clean and functioning. She communicated with me about everything that was happening and sent plenty of pictures. I highly recommend her.”

I have worked with small and large dogs, as well as dog-aggressive dogs. I have also house-sat cats before. I care for my 2 reptiles and fish and I grew up on a small farm with goats, sheep, chickens, and more assorted pets. With my knowledge of the vet field and background in animal care, I will do everything I can to make your pet comfortable and happy <3 I am working as a vet assistant to get oriented in the field and I am also writing my vet school applications this summer. I work Monday-Wednesday and every other Thursday. Occasionally I have half days on Saturday. Every day is filled with pet care for me, and I have extensive experience in the field. I would love to give the best care I can to your pet! If boarding: I have a dog named Jane who gets along with other dogs and loves people! I have both a fenced yard and an open yard that your dog would be free to roam if staying with me. I also have a pool that is available to them. There is a doggy door to the fenced yard and pool, water available throughout the day, and I will be around to keep an eye on them unless my schedule states otherwise. I live in a neighborhood with lots of trail paths. There is a park close by so your pup can run around and play!

About: Since I was young, I've been very drawn to caring for pets of all nature and have a very deep connection with dogs. From my experiences with having 2 dogs of my own to being the best aunt to my sisters’ poodles, I know that a dog really is a human's best friend. I'd love the opportunity to help others care for their best friends too! Currently, I have reduced my hours at my hospital job to an average of around 20 hours a week, thus have a lot more flexibility in my schedule and can change my work availability as needed. For the remainder of the summer, I am preparing myself to start graduate school in the fall, when I will be enrolled at GWU and living in Alexandria. As such, I am available to take on any and all services necessary to offer help in any way that I can! Though I would not be looking to house any pets in my home, I do prefer fenced yards for client's homes so that outside play can ensure safety for the pet as while as myself. If this is not feasible, I will gladly resort to playing inside (with permission from the owners), as well as traditional dog sitting indoors and frequent neighborhood walks.

About: I've taken care of pets my entire life, I currently have 4 cats and I also work at a daycare and boarding facility so I'm more than capable of handling all types of dogs and cats. My responsibilities at work include cleaning, playing, monitoring play groups, feeding, and giving medication to all different sizes and breeds of dogs as well as caring for cats in my own home. I believe every pet deserve love and patience and I enjoy providing them with that. I currently work full-time at a daycare and boarding facility, I'm available after 7pm and before 6am every day to care for your pets. :) I can walk, play with, feed, let out to potty, clean up after, and give meds to your wonderful pets depending on your needs. :)

Jordan met us a few days ahead of time and she was very kind. We have two large dogs so we were a bit nervous initially but she handled them very well. Having Jordan care for our dogs really gave us a peace of mind and allowed us to be worry free when it came to leaving our pups. Thank you again Jordan! We will most definitely be booking again!”

About: As a passionate pet owner, I understand the joy and responsibility of keeping your dog happy, healthy, and active. With a love for all breeds and a commitment to personalized care, I offer dog walking services that go beyond just a quick stroll. Whether it’s a lively adventure or a calm, scenic walk, I treat your furry friend like my own—ensuring they get the exercise, attention, and affection they deserve. Let me help give your dog the best walk of their day! I work from home and have a car. I’m open to early morning walks and evenings. I can also provide support during most weekends and holidays. One pet has a special diet and since I have 3 in total, they all eat the same. That way I know whether any issues are truly with one pet or there is another issue with the environment or food.

About: I’ve had my knee replaced which has slowed me down a tad but also allows me be to home all the time. We recently lost our old boy (dog of 12 years) and while my cats have helped me to survive, I have so much more love to give! For now I want to spend time with others’ dogs to help fill the whole in my heart. I genuinely want to make every animal a friend of mine! I will always lead with love, care and respect. I work from home already which is usually stuff I take care of in the evenings anyway but I have the time, love and space to accommodate your furry family members. We currently have three lovable cats and one old dog that we recently took in. The cats have been around lots of animals and just want love. The dog struggles to move around too much so keeps to himself mostly. We have a big open area indoors for them and lots of yard as well.

About: Here’s a little background of my experience! : So this is the time around where i’m almost done with school and getting ready for college. So my parents bought a dog with no experience. They know I’ve always loved animals or any kind of pet so they offered to pay me if I trained him over the summer while they work/travel. I didn’t need the money because I knew I would do anything for Luca (the dog). So that whole summer I stayed home studying what he likes or doesn’t like, I did research and taught him basic training, and I loved and cared for Luca with all my heart! I would love the opportunity to love and take care of your dog the same way anytime !! I can do mornings (9am if earlier lmk) on Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Then anytime 12-7 on Wednesdays and Fridays. For weekends text for availability! I can also do last minute request just communicate! I wake up every morning at 9am because that’s when my dog Luca starts to wake up. Then i immediately go outside with him to let him do his business and while he’s outside i’ll prepare his food (I can watch him playing in front out the window). Every times he come back from outside he likes to eat a piece of ice lol. after he eats i let him rest before we go play. The rest of the day is cuddles, naps together, playing outside, and 10 mins of training everyday. I would do this every for the whole summer and have had the greatest opportunity to watch Luca grow up.

About: I have been fortunate enough to have both cats and dogs in my life since I was a child. I absolutely LOVE the different personalities and trying to figure out what makes each animal uniquely who they are. I have a knack for knowing and feeling exactly where your fury friend needs to be pet and loved on. I believe each pet has their own special needs and I'm determined to find what that is. I'm a quick learner and very patient. I am a mother of two daughters 24and 28, and a beautiful grandson that is 2.5. I have been a mom to 4 dogs and 6 cats in my life thus far. Hoping to add to my family as soon as I settle down. I’m currently in Annapolis, waiting for my second grandson to be born. I am retired, yet, currently studying to be a health and wellness coach. I am free most days and nights. In clients home, I would do as requested and make sure to stay on any timeline that’s necessary. It’s important that your pet/pets feel safe and loved.

Molly S.
“I have a dog that loves people but dislikes all other animals. She is no doubt a difficult dog. Before Molly, she had to be kenneled, which I didn't love doing. I tried several other dog sitters and it was a disaster. I even had to leave my vacation early once because the sitter let her loose w another dog. Molly gets animals, their behavior, requirements and fully understands the seriousness of my situation. She is the ONLY pet sitter I allow to watch my dog. It also helps that she is studying to be a Veterinarian, has her degree in Marine Biology and has access to veterinary advice and care from her coworkers should a question arise. She is also a very friendly, honest and a reliable young lady, who also loves plants, so if you need those watered or cared for as well she has a great green thumb!”

Candis T.
“I couldn’t imagine a better dog sitter than Candis. She's incredibly skilled at providing animals with love and attention, and it's evident in the way her furry friends thrive under her care. Candis understands the importance of keeping pet owners informed, whether it’s through photos, extra walks, or playful updates. If you're searching for a reliable and loving dog sitter, I wholeheartedly recommend Candis”

Dori T.

Dori is responsible, attentive, and caring, and she will make sure your dog's needs are met everytime.”

Ev L.
“Ev was my pet sitter while I was at work. They are great with cats and dogs. They played with the dogs so much they were exhausted when I got home. Ev also gave the cats plenty of attention, even my older cat who is a picky eater. Ev made sure my older cat ate his prescription food and had his medicine every day. I choose Ev every time I have to go away for work or need someone to pet sit during the day.”

“Kennedy has a love for animals like no one else has. For example whenever she's gets home she makes sure to save hi to our dog Luca because he's always unsure who is coming in. She's makes sure he eats on time and is outside a lot getting exercise. She even took Luca to vet appointments early in the morning and follows the vets instructions when when inserting medicine. she just loves that dog and will love yours just as much with her care and love for dogs.”

Kymberly D.
“I have known Kym for over 16 years and her love and compassion for animals seems to be something that comes naturally. She has a way about her that dogs and cats gravitate towards her. Kym would make a great pet sitter and I would highly recommend her to watch anyone’s pet.”
