About: I have primarily cared for dogs of all sizes and ages, from Yorkies and Boston Terriers to Huskies and Labradors, from puppies to senior dogs. I am very active myself and am happy to walk or run with your dogs as I know some breeds especially need daily activity. I work remotely, making me very available to tend to all of your pet’s daily needs and activities! My workday is quite flexible, allowing for time for runs, walks, potty breaks, or playing outside or inside. I am most comfortable caring for your pets within your home. I have a dog of my own but he will be able to stay home with family, allowing me to focus entirely on your pets!

“Jessie came to our house prior to leaving her with Roscoe. She was thorough meaning she asked questions. She had a notebook and took notes. I felt she was a very warm and genuine person. Roscoe took to her right away. When Jessie came to the house for the stay, Roscoe went right up to her in greeting. We left her with information about Roscoe as well as other important information and reviewed with Jessie. We left and within a couple of hours received pictures of Roscoe. We were gone for two days but received a few pictures and updates. What I really appreciated was that she was glad that we texted her to let her know that we made it home. We were running late and told her it was okay to leave but she wanted to make sure we got home. Last couple of things, our house was immaculate. We have house sitters before, but this was the first time I could say that. Also, Roscoe seemed very happy and didn't seem out of sorts. We will definitely use Jessie again.”

I would be more than happy to provide the help you need caring for your animals— whether it is just a few hours during the day or for a week! I am here to ensure your animals will be given the best care. To do this I will give your pets daily walks, enrichment activities and promise to treat your animals as if they are my own. I also love keeping you updated with photos so you can stay connected with your pets while you're gone! To let you know a little about me, I am currently a UC Davis student and am looking to spend my time over the summer with some sweet animals! I have plenty of experience with many different animal such dogs, cats, and more. I know how to care for a range of pets as I have cared for senior animals and special needs animals before. I myself have a pup who needs medication every morning and night which come with side effects such as increase in thirst, hunger, and hyperactivity. So, I am well immersed with dogs that may require a little more maintenance. For house sitting, I’d love to meet your animals beforehand so they know who I am first and feel more comfortable when stay in their home for a prolonged period of time. What works best for me is a small yet informational note outlining your pets daily routine— things like when they eat breakfast/lunch/dinner, how much they eat, how often you would like them to be walked, where they go or what they do while I am out of the house, and anything else you feel is necessary. This lets me get an idea of what the animals needs/wants while I am there. This allows me to maintain a comfortable environment for them in hope to reduce any possible stress. For drop in visits: Usually I stay for about an hour and half per drop in visit but if more time is needed or requested that is not a problem! During that time, I will go on walks, engage in different activities with them, and check on food/water too. Also, while I am there if there is any other house maintenance that needs to be done such as skimming the pool or checking the mail let me know! I am happy to however I can. Overall, I hope to hear from you and meet all your pets soon! This summer, I do plan on working, likely part-time, so I will have lots of time to spend time with your animals and taking them on walks or other ways to exert energy! To keep the animals as comfortable as possible with a new person in their home I try to stick to a similar routine that they are used to.

Able to give medication to your babies or stay with strict diets. Whatever your pet needs I can do :) I just moved to the area and haven’t found a job yet so my availability is 24/7 :) available for last minute trips or ones planned months in advance I have a border collie about to be 8 years old. We currently live in a travel trailer but he gets multiple walks and play time through out the day. He gets two meals a day and a never empty water bowl and lots of treats! About: I am a dog owner of 2 German shepherds and previously I had 2 black labs. I have trained them all to be off leash walkers and very well mannered in public areas. My love for animals is dramatic and I aspire to give the affection to more animals than I can contain in my own home. I am a stay at home mom so I am home all day every day. About: Located on a 5 acre beautiful land that’s the best vacation spot for your pup! Need to run? We have the space completely fenced off! Have a curious escape artist? We have options for fully enclosed safe outside time (yard section with high fences, a fully enclosed catio, etc).
