“Our first stay with Karina went very well! Quick and easy communication, friendly, and accommodating when a personal issue came up and I had to change the drop off time. My dog was happy to meet her and seemed very comfortable with Karina when I picked her up. Booking was only a few days prior so I was grateful Karina could accommodate me. Drop off and pick up was at the curb therefore I didn’t see the interior space, but I felt good about the stay and will ask Karina to help us again.”
