About: Hi! I’m Kate, a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Pet care isn’t just a side job for me- It’s my full-time career, which means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability to provide reliable, attentive care whenever you need it. I grew up with dogs and cats and currently share my home with a dog, two cats, and three gargoyle geckos. Over the years I’ve also cared for bearded dragons, snakes, axolotls, spiders, and isopods, so I’m comfortable with both traditional and exotic pets. One of my greatest strengths is working with pets that need a little extra patience. I have experience caring for highly reactive dogs and understand how important it is to move at their pace, read their body language, respect their boundaries, and build trust. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, anxious, or reactive, my goal is always to help them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Because pet sitting is my full-time focus, I’m able to accommodate a wide range of schedules, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and last-minute bookings whenever possible. Your pets won’t be rushed into a quick visit between other obligations- they’ll receive the time, attention, and care they deserve. I know every pet is an individual. Some want to play fetch for an hour, some want endless belly rubs, and others are happiest just having a calm companion nearby. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine and personality, whether that means long walks, enrichment games, cuddle time, or simply giving them space when they need it. As a pet owner myself, I know how stressful it can be to leave your animals in someone else’s care. That’s why communication is one of my top priorities. I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos, videos, and messages so you can relax knowing exactly how your pets are doing. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to treating every pet as if they were my own. I’ll carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any special requests to make sure your pet stays happy, healthy, and comfortable while your home is treated with the utmost respect. I have experience with pets of all ages and temperaments, including highly reactive dogs, and I always use calm, patient handling while respecting each animal’s boundaries. For pets staying in my home, I have a fully fenced yard where they can safely enjoy outdoor time, play, and enrichment while supervised. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own, leaving it just as I found it. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is safe and happy.
