About: I currently work at a dog kennel so I have lots of dog experience! I have also had dogs my entire life from big Labs to chihuahuas! I currently go to school for 2 hours in the morning so my schedule is very very open. I am also only working part time. I crate all of my dogs so that is not and issue for me! I also have experience with food aggression and lots of different types of reactivity.
“Katherine is the best pet sitter!! She stays at my house and I know that my pets are taken care of. I get photos several times during her stay. She deserves 5 stars I would give her ten if I could!!”

“Caitlin was wonderful watching my dogs this past weekend. This is my first experience with Rover. She was highly responsive with communication. She came over to my house in advance to meet the dogs in order to ensure a smooth transition, especially given my dogs protective nature. She also walked me through the process and expectations, not having used Rover previously. My dogs took well to her and that was most important! I would absolutely book with her again.”

“Kris gave my dog and cat excellent care! She walked my dog twice a day, fed them both on time and gave them lots of cuddles. They were relaxed when I got back home from my trip. She truly loves animals!”

“Emmalee was attentive, responsive, and took excellent care of our two dogs—one senior and one younger. She followed all of our instructions closely, including their medication and supplement schedules, which gave us great peace of mind. When we returned home after four days, both dogs were happy and clearly well cared for. I would highly recommend Emmalee to anyone considering a house sitter as a more comfortable alternative to traditional boarding.”

“Payton was absolutely wonderful! I was nervous about booking on here but Payton completely erased my nerves and everything went perfectly. She was timely and very communicative, sending multiple pictures per day. When we returned from our week-long trip, our pets were completely calm and happy. Will definitely book her again!”

“Beth was amazing! She was very accommodating to our flight and meet up times! We loved seeing all the pictures and videos she sent us, keeping us updated on our pets while we were away. She was very respectful of our property and we definitely recommend her! Thanks again Beth! We appreciate you!”

About: I've had dogs in my family ever since I was a little kid, so I have a good amount of experience. Over the last couple of years especially, I have really worked to have meaningful relationships with my family dogs, spending quality time with them inside and outside, taking them for walks, and providing them with plenty of love. Unfortunately, the family dog we've for nearly 15 years passed away recently :( I put together a memory book of her this last Christmas, attesting to just how special she was to our family. I am a very respectful, friendly, and dependent sitter. I can always be counted on to not only do what's right, but to go above and beyond expectations. I prioritize a healthy and active lifestyle, so sitting on my phone or being lazy would never be an issue! I love to take dogs for walks outside, or simply even just play and spend time with them! I am currently in the process of finding full time work for this summer. I would likely be working Mon-Fri; however, that isn't 100% confirmed. With that in mind, Saturday and Sunday would likely be the days that would work best for dog walking and/or house sitting. Depending on what specific work hours look like, I would also be available to walk dogs during weekdays as well, most likely in the evening hours after dinner time (5pm and on) In my client's home, I will always be respectful of their home and property. I demonstrate amazing responsibility and can be very well trusted to follow all/any specific instructions in caring for the client's dog! Above all, I will always make sure everyone is safe and taken care of, but also have fun as well!
“Sarah was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. She easily connected with our dog and understood his needs. We look forward to working with her again. We cannot recommend her enough.”

About: I am a current nursing student at St. Olaf College, and proud mom to a talkative tortoiseshell cat. I've petsat for family, friends, and neighbors since I was about 12, and grew up with cats and large dogs. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, small mammals, fish, reptiles, and small birds, as well as cleaning up messes, administering medications, and managing special diets. I'm currently a full-time student, and love spending time with animals! I'm available in the afternoons/evenings and can stay overnights. Reach out to learn more about my availability! I'm happy to keep your animals company in the comfort of their own home, and take them on any outings they might enjoy (such as walks, to dog parks, etc)!
About: I work remotely in marketing full time. We’re very grateful to have a nice home with a wonderful, large, fenced-in backyard that allows the dogs to go potty in and explore (bark!). My availability and hours are very flexible and the dogs are rarely left alone or kenneled, they are free to roam the house, I just close doors as necessary. I have never owned a dog of my own, I just grew up around dogs and cats. Mainly and most recently, it was a sisters two dogs our family spent the most time around: Gibbs (15 lb., 13 yr old, male Jack Russell Terrier & Beagle mix) and Zero (65 lb., 5 yr old, male Standard Poodle). I would basically Rover for her and her husband, which including giving the senior, anxiety-ridden dog meds (he didn’t enjoy, he would spit them up). We enjoyed being outdoors and evening walks around the neighborhood and having them a part of our family. They have then since moved to the West coast with their dogs. I work remotely and am blessed with the work-life balance it offers. I have an energetic elementary school-aged daughter. She's an empath and truly cares for all animals wellbeing! She's deeply concerned about any discomfort or distress. We have a dog-friendly orange cat named Buddy (4). He's fed first thing in the AM and enjoys chin scratches. He stays nearby me in my office or does his own thing. My daughter buses to and from school and I take a hour lunch at noon, then am done at 5 PM and we go about our evening routine. Dogs go out every few hours (sliding patio door) to the fenced in yard or when they signal me. Right in the morning and before bed. I try to get as much activity in for us as possible, especially on decent weather days. We utilize a nearby parks, dog park and walking trails in our community. Having the dogs here really motivate me to go for more walks, the dogs love them and I appreciate the eager walking company. I also live with my younger sister (23). She works full time 2 jobs as a CNA/retail, isn't home much but does help me care for the dogs, such as a short walk around the block. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 level split with a finished basement. It has a large secure, fully-fenced in yard and the property has 11 trees. Garage is attached. We all sleep in the upstairs bedrooms which is also where my office is. I have 2 litter boxes for my cat, one in garage that he prefers. The other is in the basement bathroom, where I can keep the door shut (Ive caught sisters dog eating litter covered turds). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have a reflective sash I wear out at night (this summer I was nearly ran over by an SUV when it was dark). The dogs usually sleep on the floor in my room and it's OK if they sleep on the bed, I am not concerned about fur. If the dog stinks, I can give them a bath either downstairs in the wash tub or upstairs in the bathtub. If they stay longer and start to stink, I will bathe them, because everyone feels better after a bath.
“Ariel was awesome. It is clear that she loves dogs and treated our guy like he was her own. Communication was great, pictures were wonderful. It could not have been better, and we will definitely ask her to sit again!”

“Julia watched our dogs for a week while we were on our honeymoon, and she was wonderful! She kept us updated on the dogs, and sent us picture and videos. We were anxious to leave them for so long, but Julia 100% calmed our worries with her quick responses whenever we texted her. We will definitely be booking her again 😊”
