About: I have plenty of hands-on cat and dog care experience. Last year, I lived with a sweet cat and a high-energy golden retriever, and often cared for them while my roommate was away for clinicals. I handled their daily care, playtime, and attention, so I know how to keep pets happy, healthy, and well-loved. I’m in my final year of pharmacy school and currently have a break before my next clinical rotation. That means I’m free all day during the week and most weekends until October, giving me plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pet and keep them happy, active, and loved. I don’t currently have a home with a yard suitable for a pet, as I’ll be moving around for school this year. That’s actually why I love helping care for other people’s animals! I focus on giving pets attention, playtime, and companionship, and I’m happy to follow their routines closely, whether it’s feeding or walks. Living with a golden retriever with high separation anxiety taught me a lot about the importance of just being present and sticking to the routine established by the owner.

About: I, Carter and my mother Mindy, have been pet owners our entire lives. We have experience with young, adult, and senior dogs. Along with experience in administering certain types of medications, and our house is blind dog friendly thanks to indoor gates and a fenced in and safe backyard. We’ve recently lost our last dog and don’t plan to get another animal companion, but we love to help people care for their furry companions temporarily as a way to give back to the same people who did such for us when we were pet owners. Mindy works from home and loves to work outside in her garden, which would mean a lot of outside time for your pet in our fenced in backyard. Carter is around more in the mornings and nights meaning if your animal is a “night owl” they shall still be cared for round the clock. We have a designated area for food and water in our house, along with many toys and bones from throughout the years. We are in a very safe neighborhood with a fenced in backyard and lots of room to run. Any animals living with us will always be treated with kindness and a sense of belonging no matter the duration of their stay!

About: I have been caring for the pets of my friends and family for over 5 years, and worked for a pet boarding facility for over a year. I’m a college student studying to be a veterinarian who wants to gain more experience working with pets. I have also completed the dog handler academy online training course for my last job! I am currently a college student who is able to take the time between and after my classes to care for pets. This also leaves my weekends completely open to focus on pet care! As someone who has worked for a boarding facility, i’ve done all kinds of pet care for all kinds of pets. With plenty of toys and regular trips to public parks, your fur baby will have lots of enrichment and playtime. My apartment even has a doggy-gated play area where your pup can run around safely and freely! For added peace of mind, I’m fully prepared for emergencies—I can crate when necessary, and I use doggy seat belts for safe car rides. I’m also CPR-certified and have hands-on experience with syringe-feeding medications if needed. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priority!

About: I’ve taken care of one shitzu and terrier mix and one German shepherd which are my uncle’s pets as he is most of the time on a work trip. I would looked after them on weekends and holidays. I’m used to feeding them, taking a walk and potty breaks and giving them a bath. Right now, I’m on summer break and I am not looking for a part time job or anything so I have lots of free time to look after your puppies!
