“Truly couldn't have asked for a better sitter. He was treated genuinely like he was a part of the family. Provided updates daily and shared pictures of his outings to stores, restaurant, golf cart rides and walks on the beach. I was absolutely pleased with the caregiving for the time he was there. I would 100% use Donna again. I recommend her to anyone who wants their fur baby treated just the way you treat them, family.”

“Abigail went above and beyond to make sure our Cam, and Barkley were safe. She sent up dates everyday with pictures and even bath them twice, She made them feel right at home as if they were her own. I would definitely use her services again. Thank you for all you do”

“Roxy had a wonderful time with Debra and her sister. They were amazed at how Roxy can literally get under the covers and cover herself up with no help!! ? I was sent a few pictures, next time I would like to see more pictures of her playing outside. Thank you for taking such great care of my fur baby. We hope to be able to have Roxy sleep over her Auntie Debra’s house again, in the future.”

“Amy was great with our dog, Charlie. He suffers from separation anxiety which seems to be getting worse. He wasn't doing well at all in the hotel room so we decided to try a sitter. He was restless his first day, but that was to be expected. By day 2 he was having a great time with her pups! She saved our vacation and Charlie got to have play dates. Win win! Thanks again Amy!”

“Lara did a outstanding job with our little dog Izzy. She kept us informed on how Izzy was doing with photos, videos, and text messages since we were gone for two weeks to visit our family in Anchorage. We will definitely use her again. I was afraid that our Izzy wasn't going to want to come back home. I highly recommend that you give her a try. Very reasonable compared to other sitters.”

“Janet agreed to board Pinto Bean for 3 days on short notice when I found out the Myrtle Beach resort my family booked was not pet-friendly, after all. She made him feel right at home, and he had a blast running and playing with her small dog, Racer. She sent updates and photos every day, which put my mind at ease, and even gave me some training tips for him when I picked him up. Janet, thank you, and I'm sure Pinto Bean will be seeing you again someday!”

“Janice is a great pet sitter. Our cat Benny stayed at her home for a couple of days and Benny felt comfortable and relaxed. Janice would send us pictures of Benny and our cat looked like if it was his home. I highly recommend Janice for pet sitting. Thank you Janice.”

“Jack LOVES staying with Danielle! This was his second stay and the first time ever going willingly into anywhere without me going with him. That says a lot! We are very happy with the care given to our fur baby & the pictures & communication we get from Danielle! 🐾”

“Sammy enjoyed his stay with Craig. He made sure he'd be back by hiding one of his favorite toys in Craigs house. I'm sure Craig will find it. Great pet lover and very responsible! Quick responses and great commentaries while watching Sammy.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Longs
Wonderful people! Having never boarded our dog before, it was comforting to know that our fur baby would be in a home setting instead of a kennel. Jennifer and Matthew have adopted rescue dogs and their love shows. We will definitely contact them when the need arises. We will also recommend them to friends and family.
Debra was great with our Roxy. We live in a fairly rural area, so Roxy does not get a lot of interaction with others, but we do know that she does not play well with other dogs, so it was great to hear Debra discuss what her plans were and that she had a nice fenced in back yard that Roxy could run around in without any chance encounters. In talking with her it was obvious that she has a lot of experience with dogs and we could tell from the daily updates and photos that Roxy was in the best of hands. This was by far the most comfortable we have felt with someone watching Roxy and could tell after picking her up she was well cared for. At kennels or other boarding places she always was a bit skiddish or even sick, but picking her up from Debra she was right back into her normal routine, was healthy, and didn't miss a beat. We are so greatful to Debra and will be using her again.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
