“Jennifer and Matthew were great. They picked up our Ruby. Sent video and pictures of her stay with them. They brought her back when we returned home and shared stories of how Ruby interacted with their fur babies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a sitter for their dog.”

“Donna was fabulous with Roscoe. Roscoe had the best time I could tell it in his face. He was very well taken care of and we really really appreciate everything Donna did for Roscoe.”

“My dog Sterling had a wonderful time with Abi and her daughter. I went over all of Sterli's quirk's like his love of going to bed early. Abi made sure he went to sleep the same time her daughter did. He even had a small playmate later in the week. Abi took great care of him. She took him on car rides to drop off and pick up her daughter from school; I'm sure he loved that as well. The only negative thing for me was I was unaware it wasn't a smoke free home. I could smell cigarette smoke when I dropped him off. I'm sure it didn't affect him time with Abi.”

“What a wonderful couple to watch your loved one. Beautiful set up and a wonderful back yard for your pet. We r planning our next get a way, now that we have found someone we can leave our little doggie and not worry while we r away.”

“She was AWESOME! My baby Bubba has a new auntie. I didn't worry at all while on vacation because Katherine made him so comfortable and now he has a friend in Bailey for life! I would leave Bubba with her every time...”

“Debra and her sister were excellent. Great flexibility, communication and updates. You could tell they both really love dogs and our Truffles was well taken care of while we were away. Will use again!”

“Atina is absolutely wonderful! She is very easy going, super kind, and has a home specially set up for older dogs. Communication was great and our dog settled in easily with her!”

“This was my first time using Rover services, naturally I was anxious. After meeting with Joan I was immediately relieved. My Sadie was made to feel right at home and fell in love with Joan’s dog Parker. Joan was very accommodating to my schedule and very kind. I recommend her very highly”

“Maddie was amazing with our boy Banks. Hey did Grainger was a great bud for Banks to play with. Maddie provided restart updates and videos so we didn't have to worry about how things were going. Highly recommend!!!”

“Buffy enjoyed her visits at Katelyn's, from her Meet & Greet right through her stay. The entire booking process was easy and flawless. Kately followed all written instructions, provided speedy, thorough communication and photo updates. We look forward to booking a future reservation with Katelyn when needed.”

“Janet responded to us quickly and was happy to care for our 2 dogs over the weekend. She has a great property for the dogs to run and dig. She sent us pictures of them living their best lives while we were gone. We will be reaching out to Janet the next time we travel.”

“Melissa is amazing and took wonderful care of my dogs! One of my dogs has a heart condition and takes medication. Melissa was so attentive and made her very comfortable. She is flexible and accommodating with drop off and pick up times which was very helpful to me. My dogs were so happy at Melissa's house. She loved and cared for them like her own. I will definitely be booking with Melissa again!”

“Trina is terrific. Our older lab spent a week with her and loved it. She sent us daily pics and notes of how Brooke was doing. She has a fenced in back yard that Brooke loved and her own dog is very sweet and got a long great with our dog. I highly recommend Trina if you're looking for a wonderful dog sitter”

About: Hi, I'm Jenn. I'm an experienced pet sitter, dog walker and animal shelter volunteer. I've had many happy clients for years, they are my family My husband and I are young empty nesters who understand what it means to have peace-of-mind while we are away from our girl if we have to leave her for any length of time, we want pics and pupdates too. TERMS I work from home as a Senior Living Advisor so will be able to stay with your pet full time while you're away. Lots of pics and pup dates! Our sweet girl Nina welcomes other sweet pups for gentle, quiet overnight lovies and snacks and scenic walks on the beautiful treed area in our lovely neighborhood.
“Ilana was such an amazing sitter for our dog Louie! We felt great after meeting her and was so happy we chose her for our rover. It was our first time using rover and she made it such an easy and wonderful experience. She sent photos of Louie multiple times a day which we really enjoyed and kept us up to date on what he was up to. She also had all of the necessities like a crate, and slow eating food bowl so we didn’t need to bring anything. We have already booked Ilana again!”

“Melissa is a professional and can take great care of your fur babies. I highly recommend her and she will love yours just like her own. My babies were exhausted after spending a few days with Melissa and her pack. She truly cares about what you say and follows special instructions for meds etc. She made sure my babies were happy while I was away! I was not concerned at all and that was comforting knowing my babies were well taken care of!”

“Amy was great with our dog, Charlie. He suffers from separation anxiety which seems to be getting worse. He wasn't doing well at all in the hotel room so we decided to try a sitter. He was restless his first day, but that was to be expected. By day 2 he was having a great time with her pups! She saved our vacation and Charlie got to have play dates. Win win! Thanks again Amy!”

“Luciana and Carlo were great for my fur baby. They were very attentive and caring. I’ve never boarded Stella anywhere and I knew she’d be in good hands and well taken care of. Highly recommend.”

“Janice took great care of my dog on our overnight trip. My dog, Addie had a wonderful time playing with the other dogs in her home that weekend. She sent us a video of playtime which was appreciated. I highly recommend Janice for your dog care. This was our first time to book with her and we will be booking again with her.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Longs
Debra was great with our Roxy. We live in a fairly rural area, so Roxy does not get a lot of interaction with others, but we do know that she does not play well with other dogs, so it was great to hear Debra discuss what her plans were and that she had a nice fenced in back yard that Roxy could run around in without any chance encounters. In talking with her it was obvious that she has a lot of experience with dogs and we could tell from the daily updates and photos that Roxy was in the best of hands. This was by far the most comfortable we have felt with someone watching Roxy and could tell after picking her up she was well cared for. At kennels or other boarding places she always was a bit skiddish or even sick, but picking her up from Debra she was right back into her normal routine, was healthy, and didn't miss a beat. We are so greatful to Debra and will be using her again.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
