We live in a fairly rural area, so Roxy does not get a lot of interaction with others, but we do know that she does not play well with other dogs, so it was great to hear Debra discuss what her plans were and that she had a nice fenced in back yard that Roxy could run around in without any chance encounters. In talking with her it was obvious that she has a lot of experience with dogs and we could tell from the daily updates and photos that Roxy was in the best of hands. This was by far the most comfortable we have felt with someone watching Roxy and could tell after picking her up she was well cared for. At kennels or other boarding places she always was a bit skiddish or even sick, but picking her up from Debra she was right back into her normal routine, was healthy, and didn't miss a beat. We are so greatful to Debra and will be using her again.”

I am pretty much available 24/7 in my home. Your pet will have the run of my house. Your pet will be part of my one person family. It will be just me and your pet. No other dogs will be in the house. About: With over 40 years of experience with dogs, I bring a lifetime of care and compassion to every pet I meet. Having owned a reactive dog, I understand the importance of patience and individualized care for all pets. In my free time, I volunteer with two animal organizations. Beyond dogs, I have experience working with reptiles and farm animals, making me a versatile and knowledgeable caregiver for a variety of pets. I work full time but would be thrilled to take care of your pet on my days off. I have a dog who isn't too fond of other animals, so I'm available for drop-ins or walks only. About: I’ve been trusted to take care of others dogs and cats since I was 14 (walk, feed, bathe). I am open to any breed. I also work with both dogs and cats. I also have some experience with reptiles, as I have a bearded dragon of my own. I started Rover because I have 5 fur babies myself and I understand it can be stressful to leave your babies in the care of someone else, but I hope to make that worry free for you. We live in a fairly rural area, so Roxy does not get a lot of interaction with others, but we do know that she does not play well with other dogs, so it was great to hear Debra discuss what her plans were and that she had a nice fenced in back yard that Roxy could run around in without any chance encounters. In talking with her it was obvious that she has a lot of experience with dogs and we could tell from the daily updates and photos that Roxy was in the best of hands. This was by far the most comfortable we have felt with someone watching Roxy and could tell after picking her up she was well cared for. At kennels or other boarding places she always was a bit skiddish or even sick, but picking her up from Debra she was right back into her normal routine, was healthy, and didn't miss a beat. We are so greatful to Debra and will be using her again.”

About: I have cared for dogs, cats, horses and other farm animals. I have rescued multiple dogs and provide a loving home. I have had two lab puppies, one in which I have now. I grew up riding horses and spending my days at a barn caring for animals. I’m a special education teacher now who is looking for extra work when on breaks. I’m a special education teacher and a mom. When on holiday breaks and summer, I can accept dog/cat sitting jobs. I can also provide dog walks. I exercise daily and I am free to provide walking for your dogs.
