About: I've grown up with dogs all my life since I was five years old. In my family we've had three labradors two yellow one chocolate, golden retriever, and a neighbor German shepher With experience from walking, play, dog park, care, medication, food, training etc. I'm quite flexible with schedules. Will do morning, afternoon, evening and overnight on weekends and weekdays. I make and sell pottery online in my spare time on Etsy SunshinyPottery. If your dog is prone to pulling, please have a suitable harness available for use. (I highly recommend PetSafe EasyWalk harnesses.) NO prong, choke, or shock collars! I would love to help care for your dog and would treat them like my own. I also work for a german shepherd rescue. When I’m not fostering I volunteer with my rescue either transporting dogs on the euthanasia list in a shelter to foster homes or I help with paperwork. We often get dogs that are mixes or other breeds than German shepherds, so I get to meet a lot of dogs on a regular basis. I work remotely from home during the week so I am always around with the dogs. On weekends I do shorter shifts at a doggy daycare and boarding facility. I can leave dogs I’m watching at home or take them to work with me if needed as long as I have their up to date medical records. I allow pets on the furniture, but also have a few dog beds around the house that my dog doesn’t mind sharing. Dogs are fed separately so there are no problems with guarding. I allow dogs to sleep in the bed if that is what they are used to and the owner is fine with it.
