“Jana was very kind to send pics and updates (admittedly, I’m sure I bugged her more) 😂. I look forward to using her again and so does Zoe (she said she hopes her “friend” is there at the same time too!)”

“Wes was wonderful with our dog Zoey! Zoey is a senior dog and needs a bit of extra attention, and Wes and his family gave her just that! Received photos throughout her stay, would definitely recommend & use again in the future.”

“Kay and her family were absolutely amazing with my little Ralo. I received pictures and updates throughout his stay there; which was very comforting to me and my family. Kay was very attentive and even introduced me to some new treats that Ralo thoroughly enjoys now. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone with a pet they love.”

“Bill went above and beyond taking care of our dog. Lots of walks, treats and snuggles. He kept us updated and sent lots of photos. Bill has great, positive energy. We will be sure to use him again.”

“Ash took great care of our dog! Ash is sweet, genuine, and really seems to like animals! I appreciated her pictures and quick updates! She was even great about giving our dog ear drops for a last min ear infection! I would definitely trust her to watch our dog again!”

“Lori was amazing! She made Nipsey feel like a part of the family! She updated me everyday and sent pictures of Nipsey. Nipsey definitely enjoyed himself and we will most certainly book her again!”

“Our cat had a great time staying with Manami. Manami was patient with her feeding schedule and gave her lots of snuggles. We'll definitely ask her to sit again next time we're out of town.”

“Our senior dog just came home from her first stay with Charlie. She returned relaxed and happy…And getting reports and photos on how well she was faring throughout her stay made me relaxed and happy. Win, win! Thank you, Charlie!”

“Augie is perfectly at home with Eileen. She is a sensitive, responsive, responsible, and caring sitter. All the pictures help us stay connected when we’re away. I would recommend Eileen to anyone looking for top notch care for a beloved pet.”

“Miranda did a great job with our pup, nice meet and greet which made us feel good about where he was staying. Very dog friendly and comfortable. We asked for daily pictures and that was no problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!”

About: What sets me apart is my reliability, patience, and genuine love for animals. I grew up with a cat and later cared for our family German Shorthaired Pointer for many years. I understand that every pet has unique needs, and I’ll follow your care instructions carefully to keep them happy, comfortable, and safe. I’ll treat your pet like family and provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I work primarily from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I occasionally work from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but my schedule is flexible. Our home is calm, loving, and pet-friendly. My children (ages 10 and 12) are kind, respectful, and love animals. Any interaction they have with your pet is always supervised by me. We offer boarding on weekends and weekday stays of up to one week (Friday through Friday), ensuring your pet receives consistent care, attention, and lots of love. I live in a clean, cozy townhouse with plenty of nearby walking paths and open green spaces for walks, exercise, and fresh air. To ensure every pet has enough room to relax and feel comfortable, I only accept small to medium-sized dogs up to 40 pounds for boarding. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions, so they feel safe, happy, and like at home.

“Wabo came home smiling. That’s all I can say :). In our week away, we received constant pictures and texts, letting us know he was incredibly loved while he was in April’s care. She took care of his meds and even nursed his quirky allergy cough. It’s never easy leaving my amazing fur baby; but leaving him in April’s care made me feel at ease, knowing I would do it again without hesitation.”

“Beth and Evan did a wonderful job watching our two older pups for a weekend. They were kind, affectionate, and accommodating! We appreciated getting a couple of sweet photos and updates, too. Highly recommend!”

“Ramanda and her family took such great care of Winnie while we were gone for the weekend. We got daily updates and pictures, and she looked so happy and well taken care of. Thanks for being her home for the weekend! 🥰”

“Our dogs were well taken care of. I loved the pictures that were sent and it showed them enjoying their stay. Tracy took good care to treat the dogs for who they were and their different life styles. Our oldest needed her spot to sleep and they accommodated her. Our youngest got his playtime. He came home exhausted and happy. Will use again!”

“ViVi and her family were so kind. Their a multi lingual family ( English & Spanish) which I know a lot of people look for, so that is a big plus! They shared photos and were so good to our Loki while our family visited the Dells. I will definitely be rebooting with her soon. This was my 4 yr old dogs first time away from us and home. We cried when we dropped him off like it was our kids first day of Kindergarten and the whole family came out to welcome us and meet the day before his drop off. I can't speak more highly of them!!”

“I couldn’t have found a better person to take care of my Cavapoo while I was away. Angela took such good care of him for 5 days and kept me updated with details of his daily activities. I loved the photographs and descriptions she sent which put my mind at ease. I did worry that he wouldn’t want to leave. 😊”

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
