About: I have had two small dogs for 7-8 years! I also dog/house-sit for my neighbors 2 huge golden doodles. I volunteer at the local animal shelter, and have experience working with big dogs, especially pitbulls and bulldogs. I watch my grandparents 4 cats, and I have rescued 2 kittens over the past year. My roommate just rescued a 1 year old dog who is the sweetest (but shyest) dog I've ever met. She warmed up to us after lots of patience and love, so I have experience with timid dogs. I currently have a job through my school, but my shifts are only 3-4 hours long which shouldn't interfere with any pet care (as long as I have enough notice to work it into my schedule). I only have classes on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and I'm done by 1:30 at the latest everyday. When caring for a pet in my clients home, my main goal is to make sure the pet feels safe and at home, because after all it is their home. I aim to follow any instructions left by the client, as well as treat the pet as I would want mine to be treated.
About: I have taken care of many rescues puppies to seniors that need extra care throughout my life. From my own to friends and families pets as well. I work part-time as a personal trainer with a flexible schedule that lets me be home when I need. I still have pets of my own so I schedule around them. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
