“Our first time leaving our dog, Clover with Kail. He and his wife were great! They sent pictures and updates the whole time. They were so loving and kind! They have a great home to take care of dogs. We were very thankful to find them and will definitely ask them again.”

“Eboni was great with updates and photos the whole time she had our sweet girl! Her home was inviting and she made sure our dog got plenty of outside time as well as lots of love. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a safe and comfy place for your dog!”

“Jennica did an amazing job of keeping my dog Herman. He was happy and calm when I picked him up. She sent me pictures and videos of him every day and evening. I will use her again. She treated Herman like he is a part of her family. I am very happy with the care she provided.”

“A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Our puppy is only 5 months old, so naturally we were nervous leaving her with someone else for the first time while we had to be out of town for an unfortunate family loss, but Emily and her family made our worries disappear. We were kindly greeted and treated with updates and pictures throughout our pup's stay. It was easy to see that she takes pride in providing a home experience for our pup, one that left ours worn out from playing when we picked her up! This was a much better experience and better peace of mind than a traditional kennel stay and we highly recommend Emily! We look forward to more stays for our pup!”

“We had an amazing experience boarding our pup, Appa, with Tessa & Travis! They took fantastic care of him, and their dogs loved playing with him. Highly recommend their services for any pet parent!”

“Heather was great. She sent tons of photos and videos all through my dog's stay, showing him having a blast playing with her two dogs and Heather and her husband. They also have a huge fenced back yard for plenty of room to run around.”

“Simone and her beautiful family were wonderful sitters! My puppy Gena had not been away from home before, so an overnight trip was a new experience for both of us. Simone sent lots of photos and videos - it was wonderful to see my baby playing and happy! We had a wonderful experience with Simone, and we’ll be booking again. Thank you for everything!”

About: I have had animals all of my life. I have been personally responsible for the care of my pets since I was seven years old. I was always raised to treat my pets like family, and I do the same with all animals I interact with. I regularly pet sit for my friends and family, and have been doing so since I was a teenager. I have experience with cats, dogs, lizards, snakes, birds, frogs, and most rodents. On my page you’ll find pictures of my own 4 animals (3 dogs and a gecko), plus some of the animals I’ve care for. I am a stay at home wife and mother, so I have a lot of free time in my day. My children are young, so I cannot have animals in my home that don’t get along well with children. I have three friendly, well trained dogs to get along with each other greatly. They’ve gotten along with any other dogs that have been under my care. They are also great with my small children. My dogs get fed twice a day, they get walked on demand, and they are allowed to sleep where they please. When they were puppies, they did sleep in a crate in my room. But as they were trained, they were allowed to use the crate as they please. My dogs are very spoiled, they get plenty of treats, they have lots of toys, they have their own beds, and their own blankets.
“Weronika did so well with my two anxious boys. She went above and beyond to cater to my stubborn boys routine. She soothed my dogs during the storms as well. She was responsive and very polite. This is the first time my boys came back not stressed out !”

About: I’ve been a professional dog trainer for the last 5 years. I spent my childhood training horses and showing horses and dogs. I’m very comfortable with any breed and size dog! I work from home and can make my own schedule which allows me to be very flexible with my availability to care for your pets! I have a fenced yard and ruffland crates to keep your dogs safe! I have 2 very friendly female German shepherds for you pup to play with!
“Geraldine was the most incredible puppy sitter I could have ever imagined!! I was so nervous to find care for my little baby girl but she was spoiled like a little princess. I got several updates throughout the boarding and the most heart melting pictures! I can’t imagine a more wonderful human to care for my fur baby. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Samantha and Cole are absolutely fantastic. They took excellent care of Trusty, treating him like family, and frequently sent pictures of him having fun and playing. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy and loving pet sitter.”

“Mary is THE BEST! We had to find a last minute sitter for a vacation and thankfully she was available. She’s was so welcoming and friendly and catered to our Frenchie’s needs like it was her dog. She sent pictures throughout our vacation and her response time is super quick. If she’s available, definitely book with her! You won’t be disappointed!!!!”

Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
95% of sitters in Loce can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Loce home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Loce.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Loce. On Rover:

You and your Loce sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
