After 25+ years in law enforcement, I am good at readying people and felt at ease about her staying in my house right off the bat. so did Gumbo my 90 lbs pit bull terrier. During the 2 night sitting, Tayler kept us up to date on both Gumbo and the cat with text and pictures. She also kept the house clean and washed what laundry she used during the stay. About: I've been pet sitting for over three years in my home and have references. Previously worked for a vet. Dogs get lots of love, are treated like family, share my kingsized bed and even get golf cart rides around the neighborhood. Your pets must be leash trained, housebroken, non-destructive and have no fleas, up-to-date on shots and not be in heat. I raised great danes for 30 years. I rescued for over 15 years and growing up my mom raised poodles for show and, my dad raised Brittany Spaniels for field and show. We always had no less than 30-40 dogs at all times. With that many dogs, there were always the few that didn't play well with others and had to be separated. I'm used to and love all dogs. I prefer older dogs with good manners, obey basic obedience commands (we will work on that if not previously trained). Your pets will be my guests of honor and treated with love, respect and dignity. I'm retired, so my schedule is very flexible. I have several dogs in my neighborhood that I sit with on a regular basis, so early advance notice is appreciated. They are treated as royal guests with lots of love and care. We go for leashed walks around the yard and, if well behaved, golf cart rides around the community. They sleep with me at night and are treated as if they were my own. I do not believe in reactive treatment toward any animal. Your pets will be given freeze dried liver treats unless you provide otherwise. Your pets are my number one priority. I speak dog!

About: I am a single mom of human and fur babies! I am new to Rover, but I have experience with small and large dogs. I also experience with calm and feisty cats. I am open to caring for other animals too. I began volunteering from a young age at my local animal shelter and have come to have my own pets for several years now. I would love to help with your fur babies and treat them like my own. I have a very open schedule. I prefer to work Monday through Saturday, but I am happy to negotiate Sundays to meet all of your pet care needs! I am very respectful of your space and will treat it as good as my own. I don't mind feeding your pets, brushing their fur, scooping a litter box, giving your pets any needed pills, and of course lots of play time!

About: I love animals! I don’t have any medical experience or background with them but I grew up with dogs and know how to take care of them. I’m mainly a cat person but I love dogs as well. I have 2 cats and they are literally my babies. My schedule is very random so honestly my availability will be dependent on my work schedule for the week. Contact me for details on my availability and we can see if I’ll be available! Each fur baby gets the essentials as well as lots of love play and attention even if it’s just a drop in visit. I have one very skidish cat and one very chill one and I am very patient with all animals. My best friend is a dog trainer and I have some fun games I like to play with dogs some of which involve mental stimulation, others involve exercise. Everyone will for sure get what they need and feel safe and loved while they are receiving care. I will treat them as I treat my own.

About: I’ve taken care of many pets such as rabbits, Guinea pigs, cats, dogs. My family and neighbors have relied on me too walk, feed, bathe their pets I’m currently working part time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your fur baby. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays I have two friendly dogs that will help keep ur fur baby company, if your fur baby loves his or her space I also can provide that.

I know how important a routine can be in pet care for certain animals. For my cats, I have certain feeding times so their tummies do not get upset and we make sure their litter is cleaned daily

About: Have always been around animals including dogs and cats, can manage as long as they aren’t aggressive! Started with my own dog who grew up with me since i was a baby! Gained experience just by being around friends and families dogs and helping them out. A student in the mornings and work most evenings, but I have a lot of down time during the week. Weekends are also available if needed. Have a fenced yard for play, can do anything needed by owners in house. Typically prefer to not house dogs in my own home incase of potty emergencies in the house.
