Pet Boarding in Little River

About: I’ve spent years caring for animals—raising my now 14-year-old Cocker Spaniel, fostering rescues, and providing reliable care for pets of all kinds. With over 6 years of experience, I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust. Although I work outside the home during the day, my schedule still allows plenty of time for morning walks, evening cuddles, and quality care. I create a calm, comfortable environment where your pet can feel safe and loved. My home has an open layout with plenty of space to roam and a sunny, secure second-floor deck for lounging. I’m always mindful of safety, doing things like making sure pets are leashed before opening any doors. Whether your pet needs a cozy place to relax or a little extra attention while you’re away, I’m here to provide dependable, loving care. Lady and I go for a morning walk everyday for about 20-30 minutes depending on the weather. She then gets a midday pee and another walk when I get home for the day around 5:30. We often will go to the park, dog park, or beach after work to get more exercise and play time! I follow their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding times, walk schedules, playtime, and any special needs or medications. Pets are welcome to lounge on the furniture, sunbathe on the secure back deck, or hang out with me while I unwind after work. Safety is a top priority—I always leash pets before opening the front door, and my second-floor deck has a 4-foot railing to keep everyone secure. I also make sure to monitor all interactions and never leave unfamiliar pets unsupervised together.

About: I will treat your dogs like my own, lots of snuggles, treats as allowed and playing of course. I have one pup of my own and he gets along with most dogs. Let me know of any special needs your pets require and I will make sure they are taken care of. Depending on where you are I can find a local pet park or take the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood. I have a dog hammock for my car so I am willing to take them anywhere within the area. They will be well fed and will always have water available. I work 8-5 M-F in mooresville. I’m available before or after work and if close enough I can stop by on lunch for walks or drop ins. With your instructions I will make sure your pets are taken care of. They will get plenty of love and play. They will get plenty of time outside or snuggles and love inside.

They say when one door closes, it’s for a reason, and the next door is better. Maria was heaven sent! She was amazing from beginning to end. We didn’t know her but she has this friendly energy that makes you and your pet feel like family. She took such good care of our 15 yr old senior dog. When we arrived at her home she was affectionate with our dog and gave us a tour of her backyard and kennel room that was very clean, had nice dog beds, and dog toy galore. She asked the right questions on care instructions and sent us many pictures and kept us updated on our dog’s well being. We highly recommend Maria. Wish she lived closer to our home.
