“This was our first time using Rover. So we weren’t sure of so much of the process and how to find the “right” person. Jemma was so kind and patient with us and our animals. Her task was to care for five fur babies, two older dogs and three cats, one of which is 17 years old. Which let’s admit, is a lot for one person. She took time to come meet us all and my dogs who are very quirky and set in their ways, immediately were at ease with her. She didn’t hesitate for a second. She developed a great rapport with us and our animals. Most importantly, while we were away, she did a great job caring for everyone and communicated constantly with us. I can accommodate cats and kittens in my home if needed; however, most cats are happiest and least stressed when cared for in their own environment. About: Since I was a kid, I’ve been watching people’s pets. I’ve been responsible for walking, bathing, feeding, and caring for puppies, senior dogs, and cats of all ages! I look forward to providing a great experience for your furry friends! I am a recent college graduate, and am free most days! I have ample time to give your pets the love and attention they deserve! I want to make sure that your pet is comfortable, so I offer mostly in-home services. Keeping your pet in an environment they feel safe and comfortable in is my first priority.

About: I have experience with all kinds of pet care. From cats and dogs to chinchillas and bearded dragons. I am experience with medication and well as behavioral I work PRN at 2 nursing homes and I am in school for 13.5 hours a week! I do make my own schedule for the most part so providing adequate care has never been an issue. I am CPR and first aid certified, I am also fire/flood trained. I have been told I am a perfectionist and I do hyperfocus but since I am watching your pets that is a good thing!

About: I have taken care of my friends and neighbors pets (cats and dogs) over the past few years when they have went on vacation and not only did I enjoy the company, but the pets also enjoyed having me there to give them attention while their owner was away, especially when it came to getting pets and food. Over the summer, I can pretty much work every day of the week except most Sundays unless special arrangements are made. I can work early mornings like 5 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and most Saturdays unless stated otherwise. when I am at a client’s home, I will make sure that the pet is comfortable with me and does not feel nervous or scared, as well as making sure they have a safe environment to play in whether that be inside or outside, making sure that no dangerous obstacles are in their way, and I will also make sure that their food and water is safe to consume.

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish during middle school and high school as well as during breaks during college. Friends and family have relied on me to take care of their animals from as little as a weekend to as much as 2 weeks at a time. I am currently a student at Appalachian State University and have plenty of time in the morning, afternoon, and evening time frames to take care of animals. I do not currently have a pet-friendly residence, but I am capable of walking, feeding, and playing with animals at their homes and within their neighborhoods.

About: Hi, My name is Chelsea and I have much experience with handling pets. I've grown up with pets and as an adult I care for my pets on a daily basis. I have two dogs who love other animals that I care for daily and a cat that is friendly with dogs. I also have two children that are great with pets and have been around pets their entire lives. I provide all sorts of care for pets, your pet can either come to my house which has a partially fenced in yard and a partially finished basement. Pets will also have free range of the house and are allowed on the furniture and are welcome to sleep where they are comfortable. About: Hi! I have 5+ years of professional animal care experience between working in a canine boarding facility then in veterinary medicine. I've been fortunate enough to love and care for a variety of pets all the way from fish and lizards to turkeys and goats. I understand that leaving our precious animals in the care of a stranger can be quiet nerve wracking. You can rest assured that when your pet is in my care they'll be treated as if they're my own. I currently work 3 days a week at a veterinary ER. I have availability for drop-in visits before or after work as well as almost any time on my days off. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life and cats for about 4 years. My grandma has always had a dog who I loved to take on walks, feed and give lots of cuddles. I own a cat who I love to play with, cuddle and lay around the house with. I only work 4 days of the week 9-5, so I have ample time to pet sit, drop in for care or go for walks!
