I have a 110 lb lab mix and a 70 lb Great Pyrenees mix—both can be a handful at times—but Amber handled them with confidence and care. Her experience with larger breeds (including her own huskies) gave me peace of mind from the start. What truly impressed me was how she connected with my younger dog, who is very skittish and slow to warm up to new people. By the end of the week, not only had my pup warmed up to Amber—she was jumping on the bed and cuddling next to her, something she rarely even does with me or my husband. I was amazed! Amber also sent me photos of the dogs every day to keep me updated, which I really appreciated—it helped so much when I was missing them while away. About: I have been house/pet sitting since I was 10 years old. Pet care, household chores, getting mail, lawn care… whatever you may need while away or at work! I am a grad student at WVU, so I make my own schedule. I am free all weekends and evenings, and can always check in/walk during lunch breaks! I must come to you, for I live in a small apartment. I work Monday through Friday. I can take care of animals before school and after school and on the weekends. I have a yard that is not fenced in but I do have a long lead for them to roam around on. I live in a low traffic neighborhood and I often walk along our peaceful streets with my own dog. I will walk your pet or allow them outside every few hours or however their needs must be met.
