“This was our first time using James’s for our fur babies and both Winston and Bella just fell into a routine and made themselves right at home! He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. Also, he mentioned that he would keep in touch and send pictures. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. It was Koa’s first time ever with a sitter, and we were nervous because it was 9 days, but Angie was welcoming during the meet and greet, and explained about how she would care for him. She also provided additional information about the other dogs she cared for during the time we would leave Koa with her. She sent pics almost every day to provide updates on how he was doing. “Christian was so awesome with our Lucy girl! She stayed with him for 2 weeks and had the best time. He sent us tons of pictures and updates and made our baby his priority. It made being away from her a little easier seeing all the pics and knowing how well cared she was. He treated her just like she was his own. “If you're on the fence about booking with Cherisse, please read this. I'm a helicopter dog owner, my dogs are spoiled rotten and I rarely let them out of my care unless my normal dog sitter of 10 years can watch them. Due to her life changes, I found myself without a dog sitter and 2 days to find someone else so I took a shot on Rover and with Cherisse. We had a birth in the family we wanted to be at and knowing my three dogs were so well taken care of and comfortable with Cherisse helped us not stress about them and we were fully present with our family.
