Lastly, I am not trained in the Heimlich for dogs, nor CPR, but I have had to do the Heimlich on my own dog, whom was choking on food, to save her life. I look forward to playing with your babies. And I have loved hosting happy pets ever since! My children are now in college, and after losing my precious older dog and cat a couple years ago, I now only have one cat we rescued during a storm. My ultimate goal is for both you and your pet to be comfortable and have peace of mind before and during the time you are away, and I strive to love and entertain them so much that they feel at home (or on vacation) until you come back for them. I work from home, allowing me to be available for your pet at almost all times - which is especially helpful with puppies/kittens, older, or disabled pets that need to be closely watched. (I have many years experience with disabled, sick or elderly pets). I am experienced with giving both oral and injected meds, expressions, helping them eat, exercise, etc. Because I only pet sit one animal family at a time, I am able to adjust to your pet(s) schedule. Whatever makes him/her most comfortable! I take the trust and safety of pets very seriously, only keeping one pet (or family of pets) at a time. I also document a daily diary of their experiences, and send pictures on a daily basis (unless requested otherwise). You can review the daily diary document (as well as information I prefer to obtain before pet sitting), in my photos section. This document includes the preferred vet and emergency center I utilize, although I am happy to contact your preferred vet if provided to me. I also have multiple friends who are veterinarians, and I never hesitate to contact them if I am at all concerned about any pet in my care. I prefer dogs be crate trained if they are young and active, but while I have a large double-sized crate, it is only used if we are all gone for a short time (for the dog’s safety and comfort). The rest of the time pets are welcome on the bed to sleep with us, on furniture, etc. If there is a reason the dog can’t be crated, please discuss it with me and we can come up with safest and best plan for your pet! I also have a room set up for pets in case they want to be alone or have quiet time. It is also helpful if you bring a blanket from home, so s/he is comforted by the familiar smells of you and their loving home!

Bunnies, Dogs of all breeds, cats and more, I have watched and played with them all. I work for myself, for the most part from home, and I always love having a walking partner. Most of my work is very early in the morning or in the evening leaving me open most of the day for walks and playtime. I have a backyard, it is not completely fenced in but there is some nice grass. The house is pet ready with no choking hazards and laminate easy to clean flooring.

About: I have owned dogs since was 9/10 years-old, and enjoy playing with dogs and love keeping them occupied espically puppies. For puppies, I like to help potty-train them by offering treats to understand that "outside is where we use the bathroom not inside". I also pay really close attention to due to possible getting into things. I watch out for things that could possibly hurt your dog. As a dog owener myself I will treat your dog as if it was my own dog at home, giving all the attention and play time there hearts desire. I’m currently not working so I am available during select times. I also know what it is like to need a caregiver for your pets while you are away on a business trip or just a quick get away from reality. I live in an apartment complex where everyone keeps to themselves but as for any home I would treat it as if it were my home and how I would want to make sure things are in the right place

About: I can't remember a time that we haven't had at least one fur baby running around the house, so I've been helping care for them for most of my life. I usually work 3-4 days a week, but if I'm not home, my husband is, and he loves caring for fur babies just as much as I do! We have three fur babies of our own: 2 pups and a cat. Our dogs are both around 3 years old- one is a blue heeler mix and the other is a boxer mix, and they both love making friends! The cat doesn't care as much, but he has his own space. I'm a human nurse, so I'm comfortable with medications and medical conditions, I just request you let me know if your fur babies has any medical needs! My husband and I both help take care of fur babies, so one of us is almost always home to be able to care for your kiddo(s). I am more than willing to abide by any rules you, as the owner, set forth. I'm happy to have you approve (or disapprove) any treats that may be available for your fur baby, as they are your child and must follow your rules as well. I would just like to know any dietary restrictions, special needs, and/ or attitudes towards strangers/ other animals. I want to make sure that your pup has an enjoyable time!
