Mark and Vicky were so easy to work with, respond very quickly, professional, and very warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving Buster. When I picked him up and took him home, he was so much more calm than when he would return from our old kennel (which I loved). They emailed info and pics about three times a day. But after meeting Melissa leaving my dog was like leaving her with a trusted family member or a close friend. She loved her and the whole family and got along great with the other dogs too.
