“Lisa, Todd, and their two dogs are wonderful hosts for my 10-month old doodle, Fauci. Fauci gets super excited when I drop him off and seems like he's had a great day when I pick him up. I'm so happy I found them and I hope to keep booking with them for a long time.”

6. Carly L.
About: I have taken care of pets for 12+ years, I will look after your pup as if it’s my own, I can provide long hikes, socialization, and basic training. My dog loves play mates and I have a very open schedule with lots of availability and flexibility. Pet care is a priority in my daily routine, involving feeding, walks, playtime, and cuddles. I allocate time each day to ensure their well-being and happiness. I recently just graduated with my MSW and have a completely open schedule As a pet sitter, whether in my own home or at a client's, I prioritize the well-being and comfort of the pets under my care. This includes providing regular meals, ensuring access to clean water, administering medications if necessary, engaging in playtime and exercise, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Additionally, I offer companionship and affection to keep the pets happy and content while their owners are away.
7. Reagan M.
“Reagan has watched my dogs for years. I am always afraid to leave my dog with someone on vacation, but she has become the only person to completely exceed my expectations. Every few hours she took them to the dog park, to the beach, and to play fetch. I received many pictures during her stay and Reagan’s communication was fantastic.”
8. Julia & Peter D.
“The first time Julia took care of our dog Nola at her house was for 2 weeks while I went to portugal. Not only is my dog happier to see her now more than me, but she sent lots of great pictures of the hikes, walks, and play times they had together. This not only put my mind at ease that our girl was in good hands, but brought me joy and curbed my feelings of missing Nola as well as my guilt for being gone for so long. Since then, Julia has taken care of my 2 cats and Nola multiple times. She is professional, attentive, and compassionate. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter.”
9. Kaitlyn L.
“Kate was wonderful with our dog Cricket. She took him on short notice, brought him on a hike and sent us cute pictures. Best of all is her majestic dog Cedar, who immediately made friends with our pup. Taking Cricket to Kate’s place felt like the best type of summer camp in gorgeous Vermont woods. We will absolutely be booking again soon. Cannot recommend Kate and Cedar enough!”
10. Hannah D.
“Hannah is the best pet owner I know. She always consults a veterinarian when she has questions about a pets health. We adopted a dog that she rescued, and she took excellent care of him before we got him.”
11. Meghan J.
“Meghan was responsive and caring for beaker, flexible with pick up and drop off hours, kept me updated all day. Beaker and her dog played great together, will definitely reach out again!”
12. Brian G.
“Brian is one of the most attentive and affectionate caregivers one could ever ask for in looking after their pet. I have a rescue pit-mix whose life started as a bait puppy for a fighting ring and often doesn’t get along with other dogs, who’s allergic to almost everything, and who is more demanding than a toddler when it comes to attention and affection, and Brian’s extensive training and background working with rescue animals, rehabilitating dogs and cats, and as a Veterinary Technician have made him someone that my dog Leeloo and I both love and trust very much. Brian has stayed with Leeloo for many overnights and is a true professional with regard to giving Leeloo her many daily medications and making sure she actually takes them, is excellent at incorporating her training into walks and playtime, and gives her all of the affection she craves to the point that she can see him or hear his voice from a block away and will start crying just to be with him. He’s an exceptional person, has a natural way with animals, and is incredibly knowledgeable about the relationship between humans and dogs. Leeloo and I could not give a higher recommendation for a walker or sitter and love Brian very much! Thank you Brian!!!”
13. Alma P.
“Alma is caring, loving and attentive. She provided a safe space for our Sadie. We will not hesitate to book with Alma when visiting Burlington again. I highly recommend Alma.”
14. Julie L.
About: I have been surrounded by dogs all my life. I have an 11 year old King Charles Cavalier that lives with my parents and I have about 5 years of dog sitting experience. I love all dogs and am surrounded by them almost daily! I am currently a college student who has two roommates and we all love dogs. I have about 2-3 hours off class a day and other than that have a pretty open schedule! I am super responsible and respectful when taking care of dogs and entering someone’s home. I will make sure to lock up and tidy up if needed!
15. Daniela & Tyler D.
“Daniela and Tyler are incredibly sweet and took great care of our 6-month-old puppy Juniper. They made themselves available on very short notice and were so kind during all of our interactions. They sent lots of pictures and videos of Juniper during the day which gave me peace of mind that she was happy and having a great time. We would be more than happy to have them watch Juniper again!”
16. Tess B.
“Tess is the best. She’s known my dog (Winn) since she was just a wee pup and has shown her nothing but love in all of their time together. Winn loves spending time with her auntie Tess, and I can’t imagine a better person to take care of your pups.”
17. Marissa G.
“Marissa did a wonderful job with our little Mazie. Would I recommend her? I definitely WOULD. Will I search out for her dog-sitting services in the future? I certainly WILL!”
18. Ava C.
About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my whole life and have taken care of them for at least ten years:) (feeding, walking, bathing, administering medications, all the love, playing and pets, etc) I’ve also cared for my very old and very sweet cat who struggled with some basic tasks as he became blind and incontinent up to his parting, and would do the same for any of my families animals! I’ve housesat for a family friend’s 2 cats, as well as for my sisters and former partners 3 cats a couple times, and my other sister’s dog(whom I boarded), bunny, and cat on a handful of occasions:) I also recently just hosted my sister and one of her cats for over a month and now have a space with no pets again:( so I’d be happy to host! I am temporarily unemployed due to layoff during the winter season, therefore I have plenty of free time to provide excellent and holistic care for your pets! Have good amount of indoor space and some shared outdoor yard with picnic table and some frisbee tossing space! There are plenty of nice places to walk around my neighborhood in Winooski, and there’s a dog park 10 mins in walking distance from my apartment!
19. Karen W.
“Karen is a great. Paper has a good time with her.”
20. Carolyn W.
“Carolyn was easy to communicate with and went out of her way to pick up and drop off my pups. I was visiting the area for the weekend and needed someone to care for my two goldendoodles for the day. Carolyn sent me pics partway through the day so I could see what they were up to and when she brought them back they were happy and healthy.”
