About: I've cared for dogs since I was young and have handled dogs both large and small. I've cared for cats since 2019, I am newer to them technically, but I love how different they can be. I run my own business, so making my own hours allows me a lot of wiggle room on doing check-ins or rearranging my day to allow for walks. About: I have always been a dog lover at heart! My family has 7 dogs of our own, both big and small. I am no stranger to what it takes to take care of your furry companion! I am currently looking for a full-time job outside of Rover, so I am available almost everyday! I prefer to be contacted 2 days in advance for visits. About: I’ve had dogs since I was 7 and I have taken increased responsibility over those years: feeding them, walking them, and watching them while my parents are out of town. I’ve dealt with training puppies: like walking on the leash, teaching simple tricks, and house training them. I’ve taken care of one dog through her end-of-life: including giving medicine, and dealing with bleeding and bladder control issues. I’m open seven days a week during normal day time hours. I’m willing to walk dogs or visit them in home. I have my own transportation if needed. I would walk the dogs in their neighbourhood or a local park. I’m willing to visit the home to play or help train the dog.
About: I have been surrounded by all kinds of animals growing up: dogs, cats, bunnies, even reptiles so I absolutely love animals! I have experience with all kinds of dog breeds like pitbulls, english mastiffs, german shepards, and of course the smaller guys! I’ve always trained my own dogs. About: I love dogs and grew up with them! Though I don't have the space for them now, I've been missing some puppy playtime! Both of my parents are vets as well, so I'm also pretty well versed in all things pet care! I do work full-time, but a lot of my job can be done from home depending on the amount of notice I have before discussing that with my boss. That being said my weekends are pretty open as well as the occasional monday. I typically work from home every other monday! I love all animals! Growing up I had 2 dogs and then foster failed 2 cats! About: I’ve lived with all sizes of dogs throughout my life, and I’ve been close to every one of them. I also have an older cat who receives just as much love every day! I’m a university student, so my evenings after 3pm are usually wide open in the spring and fall. On weekends or during summer, I can do any time of day! My home is not available for pet sitting, so I’m happy to walk dogs in your neighborhood or visit your pet in the safety of your own home! I’m okay with any range of attention-demanding pets and antisocial pets. I’m happy to feed your pets, play with them, walk them, or just keep an eye on them.

Typically one time or “on occasion” jobs work best, and attending 2x daily might not be possible if it’s on a day that i work and my 3 days that I work vary from week to week. Currently I have helped watch dogs at my home for up to a month at a time or going to a dog owners home to walk their dog, take potty breaks and feed/give water to the dogs. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
