About: I’ve taken care of large dogs, small dogs, cats, ferrets, ducks and basically any pet you can think of. Everyone deserves to have someone care for their pet properly while they are away. I will keep your furry family member safe and happy while you are! I also take photos while they are with me that I can send to you with updates. I can’t wait to meet your fur friend!!! I am currently in college online. When needed I substitute teach for my primary income but it is a very flexible schedule. I care for animals more often than subbing and devote my workdays towards your pets. I have one very friendly dog, but if your pet is not into socializing they can stay separated. I want to make sure you come back home to a pet that is as happy as when you left. My hope is that whether you're on vacation or business trip your furry family member will be treated like they are part of my own family.

“Christie was excellent. My puppies loved her. While we were away, she sent me pics of the puppies every day doing something in their normal daily routine. She took them for walkies, which cemented her and their relationship because it is one of their favorite activities which we told her was optional because they get super excited and is like walking a team of pulling sled dogs. She handled it with ease. When we returned home after the "happy to see you" reunion, the puppies were calm, full of tail wags, and going back to Christie to be petted and loved on. Christie also watered my garden for me while we were gone. She is very neat and tidy and the house was exactly mirror to when we left the week before. Our puppies have limited access to other people so they are suspicious of all new people they encounter, Christie won our dogs over with ease because she has a very gentle, kind, and genuinely caring nature as person. About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life, and in the last five years, have raised three puppies into well-behaved, mature dogs, and cared for my two senior dogs until they passed. I personally trained my youngest dog and she is the best-behaved pup in public! I have experience with administering medication, grooming, training, feeding routines, and overall handling, especially dogs that are skittish or fearful. All of these skills helped me excel in both of my kennel assistant positions. I am patient and fully willing to provide care for senior or injured pets, as they hold a special place in my heart. I'm currently a full-time student at MSU, and will share my schedule when a booking request is made. I have gaps between my classes, and am generally done with school around 12 pm on T/TH and around 2-3pm on M/W/F. Again, I have gaps between classes so I am available at different times of day. I am fully free on the weekends! I have three dogs and two cats currently living at home, while I have my third car with me at college. My college car is also blind and one of my home dogs has a torn CCL, but they both are adored all the same. I wouldn't change it for the world! My dogs are on radio collars on occasion (generally when strays begin to appear), but more often than not, they are inside-outside dogs and are let out on average 4-6x a day. My own dog, Felix, has the torn CCL and gets leashwalked 4-6x a day as well. All of my cats are free-fed dry food, and my blind kitty gets fed a special dry food. My oldest cat (13 yrs) is also fed wet food as an additional food, 1-2x a day. Their litter box is cleaned weekly, as we do not scoop, but I do scoop my blind cat's litter box daily, as she is the only cat in the dorm and the box is suited specifically for her. In my clients home, I will follow any and all rules and regulations laid out of me. I love "excessive details" as they give me a better idea of how to properly care for the pets. I follow feeding times and amounts to a T, and double, triple, sometimes quadruple-checking amounts of everything, whether it be food, medications, or the amount of excrement I find. If anything looks off (behavior, excrement, appetite, etc.) the owner is immediately notified with a mentality of "what do you want me to do next?" My goal is to treat the pet as good as the owner does, in the time I am around them. On walks, I encourage proper walking skills (heeling, low reactivity), and try to help teach dogs as I do so. If allowed by the owner, I'd use low-calorie, high-reward treats with a clicker tool to help refine walking skills. This way the pet gets mental and physical stimulation, while being able to still be themself.

About: I grew up on a 100-acre farm and have spent my entire life caring for animals of all kinds. My experience includes both everyday and medical care for livestock and household pets, giving me a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and individual needs. I have implemented treat based training as well as clicker training with my own pet. Over the years, my family bred and raised both small and large dog breeds, ranging from Beagles to Great Pyrenees. This hands-on experience has given me confidence working with animals of all temperaments, sizes, and energy levels — from high-energy working dogs to elderly and disabled pets requiring extra patience and specialized care. Animal care has always been a true passion of mine. I believe animals are a gift to everyone they meet, and I am committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and attentive care to every pet as if they were my own. Pet care is my full-time profession, allowing me to provide reliable, flexible, and attentive care for every animal I work with. I also attend school virtually while completing my degree in therapy, which gives me the ability to maintain a consistent schedule dedicated to pet care. My long-term goal is to open a therapy practice incorporating equine-assisted therapy to help support and heal others through the connection between humans and animals. I prioritize providing care in my clients’ homes, where pets are most comfortable and able to maintain their normal routines and environment. I believe staying in a familiar space helps reduce stress and anxiety while allowing pets to feel safe and secure. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life that I have taken care all different breeds from corgis, dachshunds, basset hounds poodles, and even my rescue baby who’s a mutt. I also have volunteered at my local animal shelter which taught me a lot of skills about how to make a dog comfortable with you and gave me firsthand experience dealing with various different personalities and dog breeds. I have 2 dogs of my own that I care for one of which is a my rescue baby who I found on the street and nursed back to health. I’ve worked with senior dogs before bathing them, as well as helping them with the bathroom and with giving them their medications. I’ve also helped bottle feed newborn puppies who sadly lost their mother. I’m currently a college student and I have classes on Monday and Wednesday from 9 to 11:30 a class on Tuesday from 9:30 to 12. I will happily do early morning walks or check-in’s as long as they are before at least 30 minutes from when I have to be at my classes and walks and check-ins after 12 through the rest of the week. I am adapt at handling all kind of dogs and all with different personalities and am willing to able to do just about anything to make them the most comfortable they can be. When I’m in your house it’s your rules and I have no problems with be monitored if that makes you feel better. I’ll go at your pace

About: I work with animals everyday, so I definitely know their behaviors and know how to not cross boundaries with your babies! Their comfort is my priority! I will have two whole days to which I can take care of your pets 24/7! I work with animals the rest of the week so it definitely wouldn’t be much different! When I am at your house I will take great care to not touch ANYTHING I am not permitted to touch! I will follow instructions very intently.

About: I like to pay close attention to the detailed care list left by their owners so their pets are happy babies and their routines are met. I love sending pictures and updates to owners so they have a sense of peace when their babies are left with me. I have a great neighborhood for walks to get your baby out of the house if necessary. Please note: my availability is Fridays after 5:30pm. Thank you 💕 I’m currently working full time Monday through Friday. I have pretty relaxed weekends, which makes more time for me to love on your fur babies when you need a weekend away or a planned trip. I live in a condo with a great community that is very safe and a lot of outdoor amenities which makes for a great stroll outside. I had a mini Pomeranian that unfortunately passed due to heart complications in April 2026. So I now spend my free time at home doing crafts or enjoying the sunshine. About: I have cared for and have had both cats and dogs my entire life! I do not work therefore I have nothing but time to make sure your babies are cared for in the best way possible! I love all pets! I look forward to helping you while you are not with your pets I do not work so your pets will have my full attention! I can walk them, feed them, play with them, or just cuddle. Love cuddles with fur babies! I also bathe them too if needed I have a fenced in yard and a pet door so they may come and go as they need to!!
