About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs/cats since a young age. I love all animals and taking care of them! Currently, I am caring for my 2 cats and leopard gecko! I recently switched shifts so I am now available all week! I am no longer able to do house sitting because I now have a baby to take care of, but if they are good with kids and cats, your pet is more than welcome to come stay with us! I do prefer having the option to crate so if issues do arise or if I need to step out, I can do so easily.

“Rosa did an excellent job taking care of my boy, she took him outside on plenty of walks, fed him the exact right amount, and sent me pictures throughout the day! I would highly recommend her to anybody who needs care for their pet.”

“Kristy is great. My dog loved her and her family and would pull the leash towards her door when we arrive in the morning. He had a blast and arrived home exhausted which is awesome. After a long day at work, I didn't need to look for ways to entertain him. Thanks Kristine.”

About: I have grown up with larger dogs my whole life. I have also worked with a military dog training program as well. I have a 5.5 year old Golden Retriever, a 2.5 year old Golden Retriever, and two cats. I love animals, this is a very "dog friendly" home. There is lots of open space for them to run around play or take a nice nap in the sun. They are welcome on the furniture and beds. If you would prefer them in a crate that is perfectly okay as well. I’m happy to adhere to any training requests. I do have a large fenced in backyard with plenty of space to run and play! Your dog and/or cat will be treated with just as much love and affection as my own. I will happily overload you with pictures if you want :). My husband and I both work from home and typically don’t leave unless we have to. We honestly feel guilty leaving our own dogs for too long 😂. I have a fenced in yard and a large crate if it is needed. I will care for them however you ask me to. Most dog parents have their own set of expectations and they are typically easy to adjust to. I have a hard time leaving my own dogs with anyone outside of the family, so I understand how hard it can be to trust a stranger with your “kids.” I do ask that if your dog does not have updated vaccines that you kindly let me know just so I can make sure my own dogs are protected. I do have a flea and tick treatment done in my backyard that is pet friendly.

“Kayleigh was a great sitter for my dog, Lily. She sent updates with pictures every day. Lily, the lone dog on my farm, got to spend time with Kayleigh's 4 dogs. Pictures showed Lily having fun. I will definitely book with Kayleigh again.”

About: Need to board your fur baby before travel or place them in doggy/kitty daycare? I can help! As a pet owner myself, I know how frustrating it can be to find a good, safe place to leave my babies. That's why you can be rest assured that your doggy or kitty will be happy, comfortable, and surrounded by people who will love them and treat them and just like their own. Your fur babies will have a large space indoors to play and snuggle. They will have an even larger outdoor, fenced-in space to run and play as they wish. I have 5 years of experience caring for dogs. I work from home, so I am available all day to care for your pets, walk them and be there for them. They will feel right at home! I like to follow the schedule that the client has set for their pets at home so that pets can feel a sense of continuity in their new environment. I customize my care depending on each pet and their unique needs.

About: I have had dogs all my life, from German Shepherds, Cocker Spaniels, and now Golden Retrievers. Nine years ago I decided to foster and do home visits for a rescue. I ensure they get vetted, groomed, and work with any behavior issues from being abused or neglected. I have plenty of patience and make sure above all else, they know they are safe and loved. That is all our fur babies want is to be safe, loved, and taken care of and the unconditional love you get in return is simply amazing. Let me take care of your fur baby and I know you will be glad you did. I’m retired now and just want to do what I love, taken care of fur babies. I can help you anytime, just let me know what you need. I have a fenced in yard, and two friendly Goldens at home that get along with everyone. I can crate your dog if needed or they can have run of the house with mine. We have plenty of toys from ones to chew on, to several to play ball or frisbee outside. It doesn’t matter the age of your pet, I have had and adopted several older dogs, I love them all and they will get the best care. I have farm land in front of me to take them for walks if you would like that as well. Your pets will be well taken care of and safe.

About: Big dogs, little dogs; I have over 25 years of experience with animals. Growing up, I worked at Gaithersburg Animal Hospital where I walked, fed, cleaned, and performed lab work. I'm flexible with drop-offs and pick-ups, but request a couple hours in advanced If you need assistance with transportation, we can assist with that too. Please ask for more details! I live in a cottage right outside of Smithsburg, Maryland. The lot is 1.5 acres of land. Hygiene and safety are at the topmost importance. “First off, Nadia is the sweetest! She is very knowledgeable about dogs and by speaking with her you learn she has our dog’s best interest at heart. We wanted daycare on days we both worked overnight and Nadia is very flexible. This was Daisy first ever day/time away from us and we woke up to so many updates and pictures….not sure how we got so lucky.”

“Jackie did an awesome job with our dog Molly. Molly had back surgery in Nov2016 with surgeon recommend restrictions of no jumping on or off furniture and no more than three stairs. Jackie accommodated that concern and ensured that Molly had a good day. The meet and greet ahead of time went very well and communication during Molly's stay was good. I will use Jackie again.”

About: Hi! My name is April. After growing up around dogs, my husband and I decided to get our first dog-a Hurricane Katrina rescue-as soon as we got married! Having a love for dogs evolved into a partnership with a local rescue in which I've volunteered for transport, adoption home visits, adoption follow up, and fostering. 3 dogs later-I enjoy walking the dogs around the farm, car rides(with drive thrus for pup treats of course!), and cuddling on the couch(our dogs know how to nap!). My friends know that my house is the "dog house" and that their dogs are welcome to come have fun and hang out too! I tend to be the "go to" friend when someone needs a pet sitter:) I specialize in special needs and geriatric care.

About: I have experience, taking care of cats, dogs, and chickens. I am willing to take care of smaller animals, such as hamsters, birds or guinea pigs as well. During the summer, I am home most days of the week. I am a full time teacher so I am off during the summer. Therefore I am very reliable and flexible with times. I have a fenced in yard that’s big enough for dogs to get some exercise. I have an older beagle who is very docile. I have two kids who also enjoy seeing and meeting new animals.

“She is amazing with pets and especially dogs! I have seen her in action and she is a pro and dogs truly love her. We had a stubborn pup who did not like taking their medication and she kept at it until she figured it out. Now our pups enjoy taking their meds with her method (which may or may not involve a little cheese treat 😉)”

Ronda P.
“I can recommend Ronda P. without hesitation. She has looked after my beloved pets, Coco, my chocolate Lab, and my two tabby cats, Kiki and Jazzy on multiple occasions while I traveled. Each time, I returned to find them relaxed, happy, and clearly showered with affection. Ronda’s heart for animals is obvious the moment she meets them. She learns their routines, favorite toys, and quirks, then sticks to those details so my babies feel completely at ease. She sends thoughtful updates and photos, which gave me total peace of mind during my time away. I always knew Coco had enjoyed plenty of fresh air and playtime and that Kiki and Jazzy had their daily cuddle sessions and cookies. Beyond the basics, Ronda goes the extra mile. She keeps water bowls sparkling clean, sweeps up litter that makes its way outside their litter boxes without being asked, and makes sure leashes and toys are stored neatly. If one of my pets needs medication or special care, she handles it reliably. Her calm, upbeat demeanor is steady reassurance that my fur kids are safe and adored. In short, Ronda is: • Exceptionally caring and attentive • Organized and dependable with schedules and instructions • Great at communication and photo updates • Experienced with both dogs and cats, including seniors and pets with special needs If you are looking for someone to treat your pets like her own, choose Ronda. They will be in the best hands possible, and you will enjoy true peace of mind.”

April D.

“April has been a close friend of mine for years, and during these years I have found that April is a completely passionate person. April is always willing to do whatever is possible to help those in need; especially those who cannot help themselves. This is a quality that she exudes amongst people and animals. I have asked April to watch my pets when I needed help because she treats them as I treat my pets, like they are her children. I trust April with any duties that will come her way with the safety of the dogs and believe she will be an excellent caregiver!”
