“Tara was a terrific pet and house sitter. She left the house in tip top shape, sent us pics and videos of koa everyday, helped groom his nails and even baked us a delicious banana nut bread to welcome us back. Would not hesitate to use her again as she was obviously very conscientious and caring and a great communicator.”

“We could tell immediately when we got home that our dog and cat were relaxed and happy after Cathy took care of them for several days. Our cat can be pretty aloof at times, so it was great to see him acting like his normal self when we returned.”

“Jojo took great of our pups and our house! She sent pictures and updates regularly and the house was in better condition than we left it. My dogs love her so much, I swear they miss her already! Will definitely book again.”

“Auntie Dianne is an ABSOLUTE gem! She is in a word… INCREDIBLE! We are so lucky to have found her!!!! She has dog sat for us twice now and has provided TOP NOTCH love and care of our furbabies! She is very proactive with her communication both with initial meet up and during her service! She shows up on time and checks in at appropriate intervals with updates of our fur-kiddos (with adorable pictures of course!)! She is easy going, flexible, relatable and sweet as pie! In addition to treating our babies with the same tender love and care as she would her own, she treats our home with the same level of respect — consistently leaving our home even cleaner than how she received it! Can’t beat that! We can say with absolute confidence that when we leave, we know and trust our furbabies and home are under her competent, watchful and loving eye! She is our first call for all our doggo sitting needs! Mahalo Auntie Dianne! Till next time! 💕”

“Austin did an awesome job taking care of our fur babies!! He’s professional in every way. We received pictures and videos of our dog and cat every day which made all the difference in giving us that peace of mind when away from home. He even went a step above helping us schedule a home improvement delivery that came up in the middle of our vacation!!”

“We trust our dogs and home with him completely!! Now having watched our dogs a number of times, they jump up to greet him and are so happy. We especially love that he keeps our house looking tidy and gives the dogs lots of playtime outside. Will use again and again!”

“Shani is amazing - my dogs love her so much. She also took great care of our home in addition to our dogs. We are super grateful to have found her as we are new to the island. Thank you, Shani!”

About: I’m very patient and allow animals to introduce themselves to me instead of forcing an interaction. I love seeing all the different personalities that animals have and learning what their special love language is. I’m currently living in HPP in Keaau and I am willing to travel island wide for house sitting. I work remotely so I need reliable internet but I am available to be home with your pet most of the day. I have a little dog with a warrior spirit. We are willing to do a meet and great if you think I can bring my dog for house sitting. If you’d rather I don’t bring my dog, I can manage that too. He’s used to playing with large dogs including pit bulls and poodles/doodles. Feel free to reach out and ask questions. I am willing to just let your dogs out and feed them but I am also willing to be present day and night if requested. Just let me know your expectations.

“Regan was wonderful to our dogs and I was so happy, let alone so much more comfortable leaving our dogs in her care at our house. She instantly bonded with our dogs and I could not be more satisfied with her service.”

Please take good care until we meet ! Currently my schedule is flexible and I’m happy to accommodate to what our pet friend’s and your needs are. About: I grew up in a zoo. I cared for just about every type of small pet as well as horses and other livestock when I was growing up. As an adult, I’ve always had dogs and cats running around. Having furry critters makes a house truly a home! I live in Volcano Village with my wife and 5 pets. I specialize and have many years of experience working with reactive and formerly abused dogs. I understand their way of thinking, triggers, body language, unique needs, as well as the best way to approach any given situation. Pricing is negotiable, especially for walks and drop-in visits. Living in Volcano, managing fuel overhead, commuting time, and scheduling can be a bit of a balancing act. I’m open to chat. Having had my own businesses since I was 19 years old, I’ve always had strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive. You can count on my professionalism, reliability, and high quality care that can be difficult to find on this island. Available weekdays and weekends. Morning and afternoons for drop-ins and walks as long as I’m not previously booked. Overnights available for pet/house sitting while you are traveling. Not currently boarding at my property, that may change in the future. Only out-calls for walks, drop-ins, feedings, and pet/house sitting for traveling. Let’s chat!

About: Aloha i'm a dog and people person i like to interact with both. I go college and work part time on Monday and Wednesday between 8am and 2pm. Also i work bite squad part time mostly in the evenings Thursday thru sunday. I can speak Hawaiian and most dogs understand me in both languages. I find it very cool and interesting in training dogs to sit or to get down in hawaiian or English. I am myself around dogs i can be calm and playful at times and most dogs like me. Not all but most. I am sure i can get along with almost anyone's dog as long as they have been trained well in manners and are calm like me. Thanks a lot I work a lot part time plus doing my internship at my college. I'm a full time student worker. I hope how to do more. I took care of dogs by playing with them, taking them on walks and runs back in the day and swim with them I hope that we'll trust each other.

About: Had a family dog at my dad growing up. Always had cats around. Had a some pet rats and fish throughout the years. Been learning a lot in the months now that I’ve rescued my dog. Would combine caring for your dog with my own. Love going on walks and hike along with lounging around. Like to help out other fellow dogs and their owners because been finding out work with a furry loved one at home is not always ideal. Following golden rule, treat others and pets we want to be treated. And the Hawaiian golden rule, leave a place better than how you found it. With love and respect.

“We are so grateful for Shelby’s help with our two large, high-energy dogs. From the moment we met her, we felt completely confident in her care. She is an excellent communicator, keeping in touch before and during our trip—even sending pictures of our dogs having a wonderful time. Her ability to stay full-time at our home was especially valuable for our senior girl, who needs a little extra support. Reliable and responsive—both rare qualities here on the island—Shelby exceeded our expectations. We’ve already booked her for our next trip and feel so lucky to have found her. Thank you, Shelby!”

“Lahi watched Cloud our three year old dog at our house while we went on vacation. Not only did we come back to a relaxed pooch (he suffers from anxiety) but the house was well cared for and clean and ready for us to fall asleep after a long journey home. All of our care instructions were met perfectly. Highly recommend Lahi for in-Home visits!”

About: I take real pride in my work with dogs! Grooming, walking, playing and giving attention are things dogs always need and I am here to provide when life has your hands full. Look no further if you need someone to be a responsible friend to your furry family. I have your back 🤙❤️ Google "Spencer Earl Watts Hawaii" to learn a little more about me! I'm a children's book author, who tours doing readings of my book series at schools and libraries around the country. All that travel makes it hard to have my own pups, so I get to be the cool dog uncle out here on the island 🤙❤️ I'm currently working on my next two books from home on my beautifully mowed acre of land in Leilani, so I have all the time in the world for your dogs, and they have tons of space to safely run and play while you are away! I was a nanny for 5 children and 2 dogs for 5 years, then adopted my parents silver lab and Shepard mix for another 5 years. On top of that I've been sitting dogs while people travel off island for 5 years now, giving me 15 years combined of loving and caring for puppies and adult dogs alike. I can train, and reinforce good behavior, while help to curb bad habits, always doing so with love and compassion. Dogs are my favorite animal in the world. A large statement, I know, but it is the honest truth. All dogs love me, they are my best friends, and I take my job of caring for someone's animal like they were family and I was a nanny once again.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats every since I can remember. I have experience training puppies, raising kind pit bulls and taken care of elderly animals gently and compassionately with lots of love. I own a yoga business and substitute teach in Pahoa. I teach Yoga classes a couple of days a week. I substitute teach 2-3 days a week during the school year. I spend time homesteading when I am not working. I have more than enough time to share with a fur baby or 4!!! I have a 1/4 acre with plenty of room for animals to enjoy. I can walk the dogs around the yard and the neighborhood. They would be treated like family. My home is my sanctuary. My home very peaceful, quiet and serene. I love to play with animals. I have a spoiled kitty that hangs out in the gardens with me.

About: When I was growing up I would work at my neighbors farm and help with all the animals. She had dogs, cats, horses, goats, chicken, any animal you can think of I've probably been around. Yes even birds lol I'm currently remodeling a house. I have 4 dogs myself and am watching a friend's dogs at the moment. I have a big spacious backyard with lots of room for playing and running and getting all those zoomies out. For the dogs that love sticks don't worry I have plenty in my backyard. I have a fenced in yard. I plan to buy more toys and treats once this wonderful opportunity takes off. I'll make sure they're well taken care of and given the most amount of attention.

About: I love pets, and I'm sure your pet will love me too! Taken care of pets not only in one state but many! Your pet is like family. Why not treat them with the best care possible. I am currently available during the week and weekends. Working mostly early morning shifts as a bartender so taking them out when needed is guaranteed! I have an unfenced property behind my apartment. Knowing dogs are very friendly with others I'm very aware of distance and leashes. Your pets safety is my priority.

About: For the last 30+ years, I have spent significant time and energy with our black labs and golden retrievers. I love feeding them healthy dog food (carrot pulp from the juicer for example), going on walks in nature (mountains, valleys, ocean etc), playing ball, and just simply loving them with good belly rub! I am inspired to share more of my inner wild playful side when I am caring for amazing, well trained and healthy dogs! I’m an agricultural entrepreneur based in Hawaii and have a flexible schedule and with enough lead time, I’d love to accommodate you and your pets’ needs I care for your cat or dog as if he or she were part of my family. I am aware of their day to day needs and love to spend time with them in nature.

Kripa A.
“Kripa is the most loving, gentle, kind, happy woman - mother. I witness her being the best most nurturing mother to her 1 year old daughter and to her entire fur family. Before birthing her own child she was always a cat & dog mom. She takes care of a farm with all the cuties including chickens. She can go above & beyond for your pet with administering medication if needed, etc. Your ohana will feel safe & happy in her presence. The peace of mind you’ll get with having Kripa care for your fur babies is priceless.”

Karl S.
“I had to take a trip off island short notice and Karl came to watch my dog Pippin. He arrived at super short notice and was awesome. I didn't have to worry at all and could focus on the trip. Plus Minnie loves him so I always know she will be looked after! 10/10.”
