About: Hello! My name is Jessica. I am 30 years old and reside in Walnutport/Cherryville, PA. My first pet came into my life at the age of 6 when my dad brought Nugget (our old chow-chow mix) home for us. Throughout her 13 years of life, I cared for her on a daily basis even as a small child. I walked her, fed her, brushed her, and even administered tablet medication as needed in her old age. I am also adjusted to cat care from pet sitting kitties owned by several family members and family friends. Aside from pet care in my own home and shelter volunteer work, I also have 15 years of pet sitting and dog walking experience under my belt. As far as dog walks are concerned, I never give dogs short walks. They need their exercise just as much as humans do (if not even more so), and I strive to give them that exercise and exploration time. Full-time animal care and rescue is my ideal career path and how I would love to support myself and my family. However, the drive to do this job comes from my lifelong love of animals. They were my best friends when I had no one, and they are still my best friends today. When I care for your furry friend, they are just as much my friend, too. My employment is mostly gig work, which may be why my availability looks odd at times. I also have pets of my own at home, which has me going back home from time to time even if I am able to house sit. Currently, house sitting is only available most weekends as my dog cannot be at home alone when Daddy is not off also. When caring for your pet at your home, I make sure to follow every direction you give to a T. I make sure dogs get plenty of outside time even it just means time outside on a leash if there is no fenced-in yard. I only feed your pets what you tell me to feed them. I am also the biggest fan of cuddles on the couch no matter how long I am there!

“Brianna is someone who is not only interested in caring for animals, but rescuing every animal she possibly can. She owns a domestic medium hair cat whom she personally trained to be an ESA, a hamster, and cares for a stray on a daily basis. She was able to gain trust in what was a feral cat and provide the stray with some social skills. She has no fear of larger animals (She actually prefers a challenge). If she could own a farm with 10 horses, 5 cows, 7 dogs, and 3 cats, she would. (Its one of her life long dreams). I’d trust Brianna with the lives of all of my animals time and time again!”

“I only have good things to say about Christina watching my dogs. I had her watch my 2 dogs and a puppy for a week. I liked how she came over to visit my dogs multiple times before I left to make sure they were comfortable with her. My elderly dog can be very particular with people but after her second visit she seemed to be semi-comfortable with Christina and she assured me that she would be contact me if anything happened. Thankfully everything was good and I didn't need to send my elderly dog to my family member. I got plenty of photos and videos of my two younger dogs playing. Coming home my dogs were where they should be with the puppy in her crate. I did find a living room sculpture broken, but when I looked back on the camera I found a dog broke it after Christina left my house. If I didn't move out of my area I would have definitely hired Christina to pet sit again.”
