About: This is from a few years ago now, but everything still applies! I’ve been doing Rover for about 6 years, and watching people’s pets for over 10 years now. Hey there! My name is Abby, I am 30-years young and I absolutely adore all animals!!! My father is a self- proclaimed dog whisperer that is amazing with pets, and he taught me how to safely and successfully interact with dogs at a young age. Since I was a wee one, I have always had a natural ability with pets; they generally tend to be fond of me, dogs especially. I have had ample practice and training, with a wide variety of dogs over that past few years. I have been watching pets for eight years now! From the ages 22 -26, I worked at a school for at-risk girls. There all the faculty members seemed to have pets, and take all these trips! No one there had a reliable pet-sitter, for when they were out of town, so those families were forced to board their pets. So I’m talking to the school nurse one day, she’s newly single & has finished plans to start traveling the world. But she owns Harley, the yellow lab, who has recently aged immensely and is no longer well when boarded anymore. And There I was waiting & beyond ready to start my side-business as a dog-sitter. Harley, became my first client and more so my buddy, I watched him for 1 to 2 week periods, frequently, over the next 3 years. Then, the other staff members began to use my services, also. I had around 5-6 dogs that I would take care of on a regular basis. Whether that meant staying with them at their house, walking them multiple times a day, playing, and anything else that needed to be done! I have been doing Rover for almost two years, now, and am extremely confident in my skills! I look forward to any and all new clients. Feel free to ask me any questions and concerns any time! Right now, I am not allowed to house pets, unfortunately, so I have to stay over at your home. I have been doing that for years, and honestly, it makes the job so much easier for all parties involved, because the pets are so much more comfortable in their own turf! I currently work PRN as a CNA, which means I pick up shifts when I want to work. This allows me to be able to work around that schedule easily. I care for pets as if they were my own fur baby. I follow common safety practices while caring for animals- keeping them on leash, avoiding other pets during walks, etc. I am extremely vigilant of my surroundings at all times and try to prevent anything bad from happening by using my intuition and common sense.

About: I have always had dogs growing up and all my adulthood. Also gold fish and a bearded dragon. Pets are part of the family and should be taken care of as family. My availability is quite flexible. I am a private caterer and book my parties out by at least a month. I enjoy the pups and would treat them as my own! I enjoy walks and love taking my dog with me. I have had a crate trained dog before and can adapt to what your puppers is used to.

About: 🐾Hello I have volunteered in many shelters and owned many breeds of dog in the past, I love to play and be with dogs of all kinds and would love to be your dogs new playmate. Let me know if you’d like your dog to become my new sidekick I’m available most days and would love to help keep your dog happy and healthy. I can assure you your dog will get plenty of exercise and playtime. Never worry about leaving them home alone ever again 💕 I would be available weekdays after 5pm for walks or check ins and at anytime on weekends. Park playtimes are also available if requested in advance. Your pet would be cared for as if they were my own. When house sitting I would make sure they have all needs met and are being stimulated through playtime, cuddles and any training practices you are doing.

About: I have worked within veterinary medicine for over 3 years! I love interacting with all the fur babies, and this will allow me to see their personalities unfold at the comfort of their own homes! I’m currently working full time as a vet tech, so I would have 3/4 weekends off (one weekend for kennels)! Weekends, early mornings, and I have evening availability after 6:30! I will provide my client’s babies with all the love and cuddles while their owners are away! I will fed, water, play, and take the babies out to use the bathroom when instructed! We also may have a photo shoot, so the owner’s know their fur child is okay!

About: I have taken care of several types of animals including rabbits, dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters. I have personally had a rabbit named Buttercup who lived until she was 13 years old and currently have two dogs and two cats. I have taken care of others animals over the past decade and some change including walking dogs, popping in throughout the day to provide attention and meals, and boarded at my own home. About: I connect with animals of all kinds! I've had several dogs and cats, rabbits, pigs, turkeys, snakes, lizards, and a chinchilla. I currently have goats, chickens, 5 cats and a dog. I care for animals the way I care for children, they bring me such joy! I have also captured strays to get them to a rescue, and helped wild animals with injuries. I am very attentive to the animals moods and behaviors, while also going above and beyond to make sure they feel safe. I have dealt with sick animals, given medications, assisted in giving injections and followed food regimens. I have been bitten by several different kinds of animals, so I know how to deal with being bitten. I have plenty of energy to walk and play, and my own reliable transportation. I've done extensive research on behaviors and relationships of pets and I'm always learning. I would be happy to write daily reports and/or take pictures, whatever makes you feel at ease. Outside of caring for my own animals, I'm not a very busy individual, so if you need a last minute service, I will likely be available. I can transport animals in my car and also have a female German Shepherd who is fixed and is sweet as can be, if your pup would like a play mate! I take care of my animals daily, but have plenty of free time for yours! Morning, afternoon or evening, I'm available for your pet care needs. My pets are well taken care of and honestly a little spoiled 🤭. We have different foods for different cat needs, we don't use cheap food brands in our household. Our dog is walked at least 5 times a week, sometimes more. Each animals gets individual attention and plenty of pets. I make my own treats to give my dog her medicine and also try other pet recipes from time to time. All animals are vaccinated, de-wormed, and get vet check-ins annually.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a kid, big dogs, small, large dogs , puppies and cats and kittens. It was my responsibility to feed, walk, play and take the dogs out whenever they need to go. All I have ever wanted is to take care of animals since I was a kid and it breaks my heart not working with pets. I had a wear house job for 5 years and I feel like I have wasted time and I’m already 32 and would love nothing more than to start taking care of pets. I absolutely adore and pamper my animals every chance I get.I can watch your pet and I’m available to stay overnight and watch your pets if you go out of town, or work, I really love pets and would love to go back to taking care of them , I am extremely great taking care of animals and always get along with them as well, over 10 years ago I was pet sitting a dog and cat and loved it more than anything...... I had to move which I have been in Bristol for 8 years and the few times I did pet sit it was the best experience and I wish I can just help people take care of their pets for the rest of my life.....

About: I've had a dog or multiple dogs at once since I was 4...my husband and I currently have 6 labs along with 2 cats, and my mothers maltipoo...We have outdoor kennels and we do offer in home boarding for smaller dogs and upon request depending on situation/circumstances and pet personality.We love our dogs and will treat yours like ours. We are currently working from home. So alot of our time is devoted to our animals.we have 2 boys who help out and love animals too. We make sure our kennels are cleaned daily and anything else that is needed.We are homebodies so we are with our animals should they need anything, plus our extra time means extra playtime outside of the kennels. We can care for crate trained animals, outside or inside pets. But you won't have to worry about them being stuck in a small & scary concrete kennel. Your furbaby can stay in one of Our large outdoor kennels with good separation and a common area for playtime. Besides playtime they will love watching the cats, chickens and cows around them.We have a lab and maltipoo inside and can possibly bring your fur baby inside if needed...***may be additional charge for inside,certain breeds or larger dogs***...Just let us know your preferences and we can go from there.

I have a flexible schedule where I can go out to take care of pets, including our cat at home who Is very chill at home.
