She sent frequent updates with photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while Oreo was with them. Oreo loved playing with their sweet pup Bailey in their securely fenced yard and soaking up all the loving pets from the whole family. It was obvious that they genuinely love dogs and treat their visitors like part of the family. I also really appreciated the chance to do a meet and greet ahead of time so Oreo and Bailey could meet and make sure they were a good play match. I would feel completely comfortable having Oreo stay with them again anytime, and I know he would be thrilled to go back. About: I have fostered any age dog for 3 years! Have a dog of my own for 10 and grew up on a farm with many dogs and cats. Also going to school for a vet tech. I can take on a couple dogs or cats any day of the week. Someone is always home. Have 7 people in the house with 4 adults and 3 teens. I have a fenced yard and a dog friend to play with. Also have 6 other people i. My home to help out. Am very good at calming animals and have reiki experience with animals.

About: I work remotely in marketing full time. We’re very grateful to have a nice home with a wonderful, large, fenced-in backyard that allows the dogs to go potty in and explore (bark!). My availability and hours are very flexible and the dogs are rarely left alone or kenneled, they are free to roam the house, I just close doors as necessary. I have never owned a dog of my own, I just grew up around dogs and cats. Mainly and most recently, it was a sisters two dogs our family spent the most time around: Gibbs (15 lb., 13 yr old, male Jack Russell Terrier & Beagle mix) and Zero (65 lb., 5 yr old, male Standard Poodle). I would basically Rover for her and her husband, which including giving the senior, anxiety-ridden dog meds (he didn’t enjoy, he would spit them up). We enjoyed being outdoors and evening walks around the neighborhood and having them a part of our family. They have then since moved to the West coast with their dogs. I work remotely and am blessed with the work-life balance it offers. I have an energetic elementary school-aged daughter. She's an empath and truly cares for all animals wellbeing! She's deeply concerned about any discomfort or distress. We have a dog-friendly orange cat named Buddy (4). He's fed first thing in the AM and enjoys chin scratches. He stays nearby me in my office or does his own thing. My daughter buses to and from school and I take a hour lunch at noon, then am done at 5 PM and we go about our evening routine. Dogs go out every few hours (sliding patio door) to the fenced in yard or when they signal me. Right in the morning and before bed. I try to get as much activity in for us as possible, especially on decent weather days. We utilize a nearby parks, dog park and walking trails in our community. Having the dogs here really motivate me to go for more walks, the dogs love them and I appreciate the eager walking company. I also live with my younger sister (23). She works full time 2 jobs as a CNA/retail, isn't home much but does help me care for the dogs, such as a short walk around the block. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 level split with a finished basement. It has a large secure, fully-fenced in yard and the property has 11 trees. Garage is attached. We all sleep in the upstairs bedrooms which is also where my office is. I have 2 litter boxes for my cat, one in garage that he prefers. The other is in the basement bathroom, where I can keep the door shut (Ive caught sisters dog eating litter covered turds). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have a reflective sash I wear out at night (this summer I was nearly ran over by an SUV when it was dark). The dogs usually sleep on the floor in my room and it's OK if they sleep on the bed, I am not concerned about fur. If the dog stinks, I can give them a bath either downstairs in the wash tub or upstairs in the bathtub. If they stay longer and start to stink, I will bathe them, because everyone feels better after a bath.

He can’t wait to go there and I can tell by the way he runs to her, wags pretty much out of his skin and all the kisses she gets, that he is treated very well. He is played with so much he sleeps like a baby when we get home. Going to work with no worries (knowing that my baby is safe and taken care of) means the world. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

About: I’m recently retired and have had dogs all my life, since being 7 years old. I had to put my last fur baby to sleep in January 2026 and will be traveling over the next few years so don’t want to get another right now, and really miss having a doggo around! I used Rover quite a bit when I had dogs so would love to pay it forward and help someone else. Plus then I hopefully will get my fix of dogs! I’m currently very flexible, having just retired. I usually walk first thing in the morning and then after dinner with our British lab, Lilly. Live in Madison Lake but willing to drive to Mankato or St. Peter, for pet sitting or dog walking. We have a great home for dogs, so am happy to do pet sitting in our home too. We have a small British lab but she is not in the house much; she is a sweet, lover dog that prefers to hang outside in her luxury kennel outside. We walk her twice daily, and she gets along with all dogs we meet.

About: I am a loving and dependable person; a wife and stay-at-home mom of 3 children. I live in a smoke-free environment with three responsible, independent children that adore animals. I have had past experience with pets but have none in our home at this time. This leaves room for lots of attention and love for the dogs I care for. With attention to detail accompanied by a fun-loving family, I would provide a safe and caring place for your fur-baby! I homeschool, as a stay-at-home mom, which allows me to be available most days, having time to care for your pet as needed. Need to travel for the holidays? I am a home-body during most special seasons and may be available to watch your pet. I have a fenced in back yard with ample space to move around. I live in a smaller, quieter development with lots of dog-loving neighbors! I am willing to administer needed medications (oral and topical) per pet's daily protocol.

About: I absolutely love dogs of all breeds. I am very familiar with the “bully breeds”, and larger breed dogs. I love cuddles and exploring, playing with toys, and meeting new friends at doggy parks. Working from home allows me to not have to leave your babies home alone for more than a couple of hours if I need to do errands. My 12yr old loves all animals and is willing to keep your babies active or relax and lay around. We can be a very active household, but we like to have a relax day here and there as well. Our favorite time of day is walking or running outdoors. We are pleased to have any age dog around! When your pup is with me, they will be loved and treated as if they have been in the home with us their entire life. I currently work from home so have plenty of flexibility. We have a big yard with plenty of pup toys, we are very observant and make sure everyone is doing good at all times. I am a dog trainer as well so know a lot of different skills to work with most dogs.

About: I have taken care of all types of animals since the age of 12. Most recently I have been working for almost a year at a dog boarding facility. I also own 3 dogs and 2 cats who have always been around other animals and are all up to date on vaccines I work from home and work Friday and Saturday during the mornings. About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life. I am part of a rescue and have had many fosters throughout my home, along with many dogs myself. I had a special needs basset hound and loved giving him the extra help he needed during his life. I also have experience with puppies, big dogs, blind dogs, and shy/breeder release! I did train my dogs starting at age 12 as well. Open at any time! Walks, potty breaks, petting session and everything in between! I have very few scheduling conflicts. Available almost all day every day :) With compassion and care. I would take care of your pet as it is needed and however you request! I would treat your animal and home as I would mine.

About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have two resident (foster fail!) dogs: Ace, a shy pitbull who LOVES other dogs and Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who LOVES people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pups are allowed on our bed if they choose, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow them on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. We like to do slow introductions to other dogs to ensure the comfort of our resident dogs and the visiting pups. We have the space to crate or allow roaming on separate levels if needed.
